Turf Valley is a serene getaway and convenient to activities in Ellicott City and Baltimore. We enjoyed waking up to the birds and the resort is back off any major road which is nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Every staff member was very helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. Parking is in an open lot and plenty. We enjoyed the spa and appreciate the indoor and outdoor pool. Alexandra’s is also a great restaurant as well as dining by Turf Valley shopping center with Grill 620 and Facci’s. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future.

Parking is difficult unless you can walk a distance with luggage. Also, being at the far end of long hallways is difficult when walking far is a problem. Both times we stayed here, those have been the only issues.

I would have given 5 stars, but, we were asked for $50 if our room was ready early to check in.(my husband is over 80. Really?)We did not check in before 3. 2. party on our floorSecurity came up and pounded on their door to break it up> I would like to give a shout out to Kevin and Amanda at the bar. They made us feel so welcome!

Overall not bad. I was there for a conference. On my second night, internet cut out and wasn’t available for over 16 hours. The bed was mostly comfortable, but I did wake up with knee and back pain both mornings. No breakfast included and the cost of breakfast was more than I was willing to pay, but there is a grocery store within 5 minutes that you can get some items you can make in the microwave in the room.

Such a great place to stay when in the area. Room rates are a great deal . The rooms are fantastic and the restaurant is phenomenal . We stayed 3 nights due to family health issues in the area . We ate at the restaurant all 3 nights because it was that good ( despite many other restaurants in the area). This place is great !

Stay away very racist I was accused of smoking in the room and I don’t even smoke at all. Very rude discourteous and unprofessional. Room are out dated the food taste terrible. Never again stay away

My husband and I absolutely love Turf Valley! It's great for a quick getaway which gives us time away but we're still close enough to home to not have a long travel. We love the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere as well as the diversity. The Spa is also a must!

Check in was especially good. Marc, at the front desk was personable and very professional. He set the tone for our stay. BTW: there were a couple large events occurring during our visit. Our room was very quiet. It was a very good stay for us.
