Amazing all around!

The staff were amazing-Jean Civil and George Ramirez and staff were way above amazing. The shuttle drivers to the concert - amazing. I hope everyone realizes what an amazing staff they have even those amazing ones that came around and did our rooms. It takes an entire staff to make the stay excellent and you guess have them.

Only cuz it’s a question- a little more diverse menu post concert - when we go to the restaurant at 11 pm lol

Comfortable but costly

You must pay $20 for the Continents Breakfast because all the restaurants are minutes away from the hotel. The food is average and overpriced. The rooms are a nice size but dated. Paint was peeling on the ceiling and the bathroom sink was leaking. Not only that but I was late for a meeting because the shower broke. They said they'd make up for it. They did not.

It's not convenient or economical to stay here. And the restaurant is closed until 5pm unless you pay for breakfast.

This hotel, in the guest room, could stand a renovation. However, that smell of weed certainly ruined our experience

The location & the fact they had a restaurant & bar.

We were assigned to room 235 & the bathroom smelled of weed which penetrated to the bedroom. I reported it to the front desk & when I returned to the room that evening the smell was still there. I have a future reservation at this hotel and based on this past experience I’ll likely cancel & find another area hotel.

Quite cozy establishment! I wouldn't change a thing!

Breakfast and buffet staff were quite nice! The accommodations were exactly as advertised; very cozy! Staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process were as easy as could be. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutey nothing. Now I am just typing to meet the required character quota. Not sure what else to say here. Practicing my keyboard skills writing sentences. Annnnnnd there we go!!! Thanks for everything!

We had 2 rooms confirmed and upon arrival were told there was only one. The manager wanted to give us a higher profile room at 2 times our original cost so we cancelled and George the manager said we would not be charges a cancellation fee but upon arriving home my credit card was charged $168.89 which I immediately challenged with my credit card company!

I would go back if I was in the area again.

The location was perfect, nearby things but not on top of places

The room smelled weird. Wasn’t too horrible because we didn’t spend much time there, just to sleep but it had a weird unpleasant smell.

My stay was comfortable and very pleasant.

I did not have the breakfast. The complimentary cookies and water were plentiful and a wonderful added treat. Every staff person was pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was also great having the shuttle service to our concert venue.

Shuttle van could have had a stepping stool to get on and off; as the step to get on was very high and difficult to climb onto. My friend suggested complimentary coffee or tea to go with the delicious cookies. 🤗

Affordable but could use improvement.

Lobby, easy parking, convenient location, good breakfast, nice bar, friendly staff.

Leak in the room, pool area was dirty with ants, had to follow up on requests for room to be cleaned.

overall it was a beautiful hotel. no complaints.

it was quiet. kinda tucked away from the road. not too many people. close to where I needed to be. the cookies….always delicious 😁

I’ve never had to pay….for just ONE cup of coffee at ANY Hilton I’ve stayed in before. I was on my way out because I was running late and I was told 3/4 bucks for a coffee! Every Hilton I’ve stayed had a little coffee bar grab and go station. I get it……not all hotels can be the same….just disappointing at that time.
