Overall, my 1-night stay was perfect. I truly wish that I could have stayed longer since everything was perfect in my eyes.

I feel extremely disturbed, unwelcomed, and disrespected!

When I arrived, the coffeemaker in the room wasn’t working properly. It was old so I called the front desk and the attendant said she would have housekeeping to bring a new one. I opened the door and an elderly man quickly entered my room. I couldn’t understand what he was saying but he motioned with his hand, trying to instruct me on how to operate it. I said okay so he would exit the room. The coffeemaker continued to operate every other time. I’m a solo traveler so I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to deal with any confrontation. Secondly, on the day of checkout, two women from housekeeping wait outside of my door at 11:30. The checkout time is Q 12noon. I contacted the GM and she kept asking me to repeat myself and kept defending thee staff. I think I was racially profiled because I had my hair in braids. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and was NEVER treated like this!

The coffeemaker was old, I took pictures and housekeeping wouldn’t replace it at my request.

it’s under construction/renovation right now so no gym and limited facilities. my stay was great, but they should let people know beforehand.

The main reason we picked you was because you had a basketball and tennis court and there was no rim on the backboard and no nets on the court.

The staff were very nice. The set up was nice.

The first night we had to call the desk 4 times because of the noise above us. The hotel staff were very nice and refunded one night and we moved rooms. New room dresser draws opened on its own which was dangerous at night.

Our stay was comfortable and totally enjoyable and we enjoyed sitting by the open fire in evening.

We were surprised by the quality and quantity of the breakfast. We really filled up and didn't need lunch.

There was only one very small flaw: the bathroom door didn't close completely. A small adjustment is needed.

Friendly and Clean!

Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. Very clean! Rooms are nice and roomy. Plenty of free parking.
