Ok comfort Inn. It's a bit dated. Renos are happening.

It was an over night stay. The only thing was the bed was uncomfortable. Too hard for me.

All staff was very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. Had bacon and eggs. Hotel in good and convenient location, especially if traveling east.

Left some Items behind and phoned hotel to see if anything was found by house keeping, still waiting for a response wont stay here again, motel 6 down the road way better service and house keeping come threw your room daily not by request they just make sure your room is clean, don't like having to ask after a week of being in a hotel room they I require room cleaning I could see every second day if they were being cheep but not until requested is just plain sad for customer service

Nothing remarkable... just an overnight stay during a long car trip.

Stay was good. Only issue was that when I booked on hotels.com I requested ground floor. This was not fulfilled and it was extra dollars for changing.

An OK hotel for the price I guess ($118/night) Stayed 1 night to rest/shower on a cross country road trip and it did the trick.Walkout room on ground floor is convenient for staying with pets/privacy. Given that there is a $20 per night pet fee I expected the room to be cleaner.. Room Smelled musty/ kinda like wet dog and the ac unit was full of hair/dust. Bathroom ceiling looks like it hasn't been cleaned ( green drips/water marks) This is clearly an old building that is sub-par maintained.

It took forever to get checked in as they were short of staff and the staff that were on did not seem to know what they were doing! No elevator in this hotel and all of the non-pet rooms on the second floor. I have mobility issues and this was not, what I expected.

The hotel is fairly comfortable; carpets have been removed and new flooring installed. The breakfast area is sufficient although at times seating there is limited. Options for breakfast are plentiful. The only thing I don’t appreciate is having to pay extra for the ground floor-especially since there are no elevators and I have mobility challenges.

Excellent location great for RVs and U-Haul
Good room with comfortable beds

Our room was on the main floor near the end of the hall and exit doors. Someone left at 3am. They talked loudly and were in and out of the exit doors which kept slamming. This continues on and off for an hour and ten minutes and kept us awake the whole time. It was not a restful night. Plus I found the bed too hard.

I stayed for 4 nights, and was unaware that you had to request your room to be cleaned. My rooms A/C unit ran nonstop even on the lowest setting and the toilet tank qas constantly filling as well. All the staff i interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very dated building.. the room was quite inviting, dark, cold, and dingy. The pillows are atrocious, however the bed linen and mattress were soft and comfy. No bars of soap in the shower or near the sink to wash hands, lotion bottle in bathroom was near empty. The main floor where animals are allowed (?) smelled like wet dog. However, there’s lots of restaurants around the building. Would I stay here again? No I wouldn’t.

Good motel. Only downside is that it is two stories high and no elevator, main floor is pet friendly and my wife is allergic to dog dander. No elevator available should be on website. Staff excellent.

Useful and convenient for one night

It was clean and I felt safe. Parking was included and good. Breakfast was decent. The beds in our room were terrible, old, saggy, worn out to the point you could see the dip in them. I could also feel the springs. I am not a picky person. It was “fine” but they should be replaced and I did mention it at check out.

They did not have a pet friendly room as booked. Very upset

This property was okay. In the morning the eating area for breakfast is very small so unable to sit in there to eat and there was a shortage of food so had to wait for items every morning of my 4 night stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is not outstanding, but decent enough. I have no complaints at all about this motel. Great location, with a brewpub and restaurants within walking distance. Also other restaurants and shopping within close driving distance. There is also a nice walking trail (part of the Trans Canada trail) across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. Staff were great. The room was perfect for me!

It would be nice if the front door of the building had an automatic door opener; this would be useful for many people who are carrying/pulling luggage.

Had to run the tub for 30 minutes to get hot water. Staff need training how to recognize a service dog and how to interact with the handler.

We had a pet room that had carpet and smelled like urine. Beds were comfy but bedding was torn and stuffing coming out.
Patio door didn't shut proper and was very dirty.

There was no elevator and my husband uses a walker. When we requested a first floor we were told they could not do that because I had booked a 2nd floor room through Expedia. There was NO WAY to book a specific floor when I booked! Thankfully another guest behind me in line insisted that they must have an empty room on the first floor so we were then given the room. We had booked a double room and were now given a single room. No problem, we could survive with just one bed. When we checked out we were charged a $10.00 UPGRADE fee!! Never will book a Comfort Inn ANYWHERE

Nice clean room. Bed very comfortable. Large clean bathroom with some supplies.
Breakfast mediocre.

Somebody tried to access our room at 1:30 am and 2:30 am thinking they had family in there. Police came a 3:30 am to see if the person’s mom was in our room - gong show.
Property won’t clean room between nights unless you ask.
Won’t be staying again
