It was good , service was a friendly atmosphere!! Breakfast was good ! Stayed here once before . But one concern is the stairs and no elevator or lift for the handicapped that can't do stairs.

The front desk staff were good. The room was ok. The part that was terrible was the breakfast in the morning. They were out of pancake waffle mix, the heater pan was empty where eggs and sausage had been. It was 8:00 in the morning. There were hardly any people in there so not sure why everything was out. The very rude staff member said more was in the oven. When she brought out the eggs they were still cold and actually frozen in the middle. The meat looked completely raw. There was no fruit. She brought out English muffins which we couldn’t break apart because they were still frozen but at least we got some bread. 🙄 I still wouldn’t normally write a review but the fact the lady working in the kitchen would literally go talk to her other East Indian buddies in her language at the front desk and laugh and joke and sit on the couch while people were sitting and waiting was super frustrating. We left and had to go pick up breakfast and vowed to never come back. Yes you get what you pay for but for $150 a night we still always get better than that at other places.

Just had the worst stay in a hotel ever. #1 when we got to our room it was open. The door was kept open by the swing lock. Then, no coffee. The walls or so thin it sounded like the people talking and singing karaoke were in our room with us. This started at 10:30 p.m.. we called the desk 3 times, the desk called them 3 times. At 1:00 I taped how loud it was and went down to the desk and played it for him. He told them it was time to go to sleep! Finally within 15 mins it was finally quiet. Then breakfast this morning was not as it has been in the past. No syrup for waffles, everyone was using margarine out of one tub! We have stayed here before. Not so good this time.

I don’t know why others rated this property as they did, because there is absolutely no reason I can see why they would have. This property is well-maintained, with the standard amenities you find in any property like this. The bed was new and extremely comfortable.

Customer service from front desk staff was excellent, they let us change rooms and even allowed us to get s refund when second room was also nasty. First room smelt like body odour mixed with cheap cologne. We requested a second room and found bed bugs. At that time we requested a refund as we wanted to change hotels completely. Area felt sketchy, other guests around premises appeared sketchy. Uneasy feeling in and around the premises.

It's an older property but has some updates to the interior. There was a lot of LATE LATE check ins up until 1am lots of animals and plenty of barking. The breakfast was unique it had fish cakes. The friendliest of the staff when compared to other hotel brands is on the lower end because it wasn't that greatest But the breakfast attendant was friendly and had a smile If I had a choice, I would ask for a room far away from dogs barking and people checking in at very late hours, because it seems to be a road travellers hotel and late check in's do happen and for people that are already checked in there should be a quiet hour set like 11pm because the not in the hallway was overwhelming throughout the night until about 3am
