Clean, nice
Staff was not friendly checking in and a different staff member on check out wasn't friendly either. Did not say much. No asking how our stay was and no thank you or anything. I asked for my receipt and they said nothing after handing it to me. Staff was friendly in the restaurant at the hotel though. Won't stay again. Rather stay at another hotel. We stay at many hotels because my kids travel a lot for hockey. We stayed at another hotel prior to this one for a hockey tournament but decided my kids and I would stay one more night at the Saskatoon Inn because we like the pool but we will not be staying / booking again in the future. This is the 2nd time and I remember staff not friendly or welcoming last time as well.

Confortable. Habitaciones amplias y lujosas
El sistema de ventilación (aire acondicionado y calefacción) es viejo y hace ruido. Es un lugar muy concurrido y hay mucho movimiento de gente

The Starbucks coffee and gym
Having to pay $5 for two bananas in the restaurant

I like the pool area. The middle of the hotel looks nice with the restaurant very accessible.
Hotel overall needs remodeling. The sheets, towels and even the chairs has holes. They’re worn out. Carpet looks like it hasn’t been deep clean at all. I was charged more than what my reservation cost. I was told that the manager will call me the next day to find out what happened but nobody did follow up with me.

Clean, calm, good food. Good room service. Good price.
The location is not good for people who does not have car.

I have stayed at the Saskatoon quite a few times over the years, the food is great, great view of the city on the upper floors, pool area is lovely, pet friendly, room service is fast with a ton of options and the staff are always friendly
So having stayed here a lot before 2020 I can say it’s great run down. And sadly this trip more issues then good. Our room wasn’t very clean, there was a clear indication that someone had a little to much fun against the window, stains on the bedding, dirt in the tub. You also have to be careful opening your room blinds, the way the building is designed you can see into your neighbours room, lol nothing like opening your window to see a half naked man in the next room. Everything in our room was loose, plug ins, the handle for the tub, the hand mirror that was on the wall. That hand mirror fell off in the middle of the night on its own and scared the kids awake. The carpet between the bathroom & bedroom was ripped up and the nail board was exposed, we put a towel down on it so our kids wouldn’t get hurt.
Hot water was a issue, if you wanted a shower or bath it was Luke warm at best with the hot turned all the way up. With the new Reno’s to the rooms the showers are a lot shorter so if you’re tall it’s hard to shower. Parking was a nightmare as half the lot is closed as they are updating the side of the building. There was a large wedding, we went out for the day and came back couldn’t park in the lot, we ended up parking 2 blocks away from the hotel. The pool is supposed to be warm water, it was absolutely freezing. It’s a shame to see one of my favourite hotels go down hill. It looks really class but whoever they hired to do the Reno’s in the rooms did a horrible job.

Unique restaurant area and good food.
Rooms are dated and in need of renovation. Old carpets need to be removed.

The location was just right for us. Unfortunately there was maintenance on the pool so the kids were disappointed.
Closing the pool on a Saturday night

Front people were nice, cute little oasis in the middle of the hotel. Pet friendly, and front service was nice and accommodated us in a room close to the elevators. Really great price, which was my primary reason for booking, and #1 decision maker.
I ordered room service "Dry Ribs & Ceasar Salad" they brought me "Dry Ribs" and "Ceasar Salad" which was double the price. When I asked, they said they didn't have a "Dry Ribs & Ceasar Salad" on the menu (they do). There was also construction outside my window all day, and people walking around. I had to keep my curtains closed all day. I also saw they had four Google reviews about bedbugs, and when I emailed them to ask about it, nobody got back to me. There was also blood stains on the mattress cover, but glad they had the cover.

The room was big, and we liked the restaurant that is on the premises. The food was really good.
The shower wasn't too great. And it would have been nice if there was a hot tub.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and kind. Our rooms were clean. We had requested rooms close together and although the hotel was booked, the staff was kind to support our request.
I really wanted a soaker tub. Upon booking received a standard room with shower.

I love the atmosphere.
although upgrades have been made in some areas I felt there is still work to be done. I’ve been staying at this hotel since it opened in the early 1980’s.

I liked the easy check-in.
It smelled of perfume. After you get used to the perfume, you can tell that it had been a smoking room at some point. You simply can not get rid of the stench of cigarette smoke with perfume. It was difficult for me to sleep because the smell was bothering me. Also, there was someone's leftover popcorn on the floor beside the bed.
5.0
the large conference area and great sized eating area.
