Was a good value for your money and has a very convenient location.

The staff were very helpful and the room was a really good size, especially the bathroom.

The hot tub was lukewarm and there was no change room connected to the pool.

It was a mixed emotions stay.

The room was very clean, good quality towels. It was a very quiet floor and was clean in the hallways as well.

Our air conditioning didn’t cool our room. We phoned the front desk and informed them we had a problem and we were told that no one was available to look at it the but a notice would be made for the next day. The second room we had booked had working air conditioning so it was not the weather.

C’est correct pour se reposer une nuit mais pas pour un long séjour.

Les lits étaient confortables. Les oreillers bien moelleux ainsi que la moquette.

Une fois fermée, la porte n’était pas du tout scellée, ça faisait un jour entre le montant et la porte et du coup pas très bien insonorisé. Il faisait relativement chaud dans la chambre, la climatisation fonctionnait mais n’était pas en bonne état, c’était cassée de même que la fenêtre qui était cassée aussi. On a pas pu l’ouvrir. On voyageait avec notre fille de 19 mois et ils n’avaient pas mis une serviette supplémentaire pour elle. Il n’y avait pas de crib dispo alors qu’on avait réservé la chambre 1 mois à l’avance et j’avais fait une demande.

A great place to Stay in Saskatoon!

Modern, clean, great location…. Great staff, coffe in lobby until 11 am, Denny’s attached, plus Shark’s lounge, good location to Sutherland Sock car track

Very pleased

The price was verv reasonable. The staff were amazing. We waited a very short period of time at chech in, and they upgraded us to a suite to compensate us. We have waited longer at other hotels, and they have never done anything to compensate us. The rooms are rooms are large and newly renovated. Had all we needed and more.

We were happy with everything.

Will not stay there again

At check in we were told they did not have any room for us (We booked 3 months in advance). I asked to see the manager and the front clerk lied to me saying she wasn't there. I asked for the phone number and proceeded to lie again by saying it did not have it (everyone has their manager phone number). I left and when I came back, the manager walked out of her office that was right behind him. They suddenly had a room for us. We booked for 2 queens and they gave us the smallest room with the smallest beds there were. Those beds were doubles, not queens. Anyways, they tried to apologize giving us a bag of vendor machine items that don't sell. We saw the effort but it did not make up for the ordeal we went through and the money we paid for that kind of room.

Great Stay

the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. The hotel was full and we thought oh its going to be noisy but it was not. We also tried Denny's next door for breakfast, food and service was very good.

Great location great price. Rooms were a nice size.

Rooms weren't that clean. Looked like the carpet had never been vacuumed. There was something splattered on the walls, our coffee machine was broken and under the pullout couch it was so dirty.

Pleasant

Room was clean. Quiet environment. Comfortable bed.

Pool was too small/ too many people in it. Never got decaf coffee when I asked for it. Lady said they didn’t offer it. Parking lot was full of ice and uneven ground. Hard to walk with bags in your hand.

The staff went over and above, they do not have microwaves in the rooms but when my daughter asked about getting one the front desk agent said they don't have any, his partner went above and beyond bringing us the staff microwave
