Only things bad were they were having renovations and parking for the rooms towards the back were terrible! Had to park in the front of hotel and was forced to walk to our room towards the back!

Hotel was under construction so the parking was horrid. The elevator needs to be updated. Definitely seemed like you were taking a chance by using it. Or room was on the opposite side of the hotel and the key they gave us didn’t work. I had to search the Internet to find the number to the front desk and thankfully they delivered a key. The room was very large and they use Dove soap…which is great. Or fridge had someone else’s food in it. The TV was not working when using the remote I had to manually use the TV buttons. Also, the next morning when we attempted to call the front desk using the room phone it wasn’t connected to anything. Literally just a phone with no cords and no place to plug it in. Overall, we will not stay here again.

Not revealed anywhere, this hotel is under major renovation activity. No fitness center. No guest laundry. Condition of available rooms is poor. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Plumbing and faucets are in terrible shape. Bathroom tub and sink would not drain. Also not revealed is a $10 daily parking fee. Staff was helpful and friendly. The Motel 6 next door would have been a better choice.

I’ve stayed here my last 8 business trips usually lasting a week. I must say I’m a little disappointed when booking hotel it doesn’t mention anywhere of construction going on which unfortunately was happening during my stay. To top it off I arrived 10pm Sunday after a long trip and they were having trouble with the key card machine. I had to wait 10 mins to check in and then I needed to wait for someone to let me in the room. Now to be clear the service was awesome they gave me some drink vouchers for the bar but still not what I wanted to deal with during my trip.

Trying to check in, first operator said possibly, to call back in an hour. Second operator said no, matter if factly, not till 2:30. Check in later and then was notified of ongoing renovations being done on site. No prior notice. Very poor communication about the construction and lack of enough parking due to contractor’s equipment taking up numerous parking areas. Hallways dirty with drywall debris. Sad

I booked a king kitchenette and got a dbl queen with a fridge and microwave, coffee maker and sink. NO POTS, pans, dishes, dishwasher! The coffee maker didNOT work, the shower didNOT work, there was cold air coming in from the sliding door, the shower DIDNOT work, I had to wash my hair in the sink, no hairdryer! Very disappointed!!

Toilet wasn't working, had to have maintenance twice, once they didnt show up. Did not receive clean towels, had to ask for them twice. Person checking us in was not real friendly. Keys would not work. Just nit the greatest experience.

We enjoyed our overnight stay! Staff were all kind and pleasant. Breakfast options were great, bed was comfortable and the room was a good size

The staff were friendly and attentive from the start. It was easy to navigate and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable with nice bath products by Dove. The restaurant made a lovely omelette but lacked knowledge about gluten allergies and served us fried potatoes (this would have been okay if it was a preference not an allergy) but they made sure to correct the situation and offered alternatives. They also didn’t have any non-dairy milks for coffee and tea (fortunately we brought our own). These things are important for those with allergies and health conditions. Overall I would stay again and it was very easy to access from the freeway.

Our room smelled. It didn’t have a cleaned smell. We had a problem with the shower had to call front desk. The toilet we had to flush it 3 times. We requested a walk in shower got a tub. It was handicapped accessible but not the shower.

The night we stayed there the pool was filled with about 30 people that had snuck to the pool area, it did not look like they were guest because they were opening the door for each other. I informed the manager and I never heard back from him. The pool became so crowded with people drinking that we had to leave.

Karina at the front desk was super helpful. She called me before I arrived to advise Hotel.com had a problem with my stay and I should call before arriving. It took me 30 minutes to resolve and by that time I arrived to the hotel. Thanks Corrina (Karina)

I’ve stayed here multiple times I must say this time around was not the best. The room I got this time wasn’t what I was looking forward to staying in. The bath tub was dirty, the molding in the room was coming off the ceiling and the blankets had a funny smell to them as if they were not changed or washed I was pretty disappointed. I’ve never had this bad of an experience before so may give it one more try before giving up on it. I must say the staff is very friendly and they do have a clean and nice gym.

I checked in at night with my grandmother and the room was on other side of hallway. Then the key didn’t work so I had to come beck to lobby so they could fix it. Hallways carpet dirty. Hotel needs to work on remodeling and cleanliness. Other than that staff very helpful.

Terrible old stinky rooms paper thing walls & loud elevator.. only thing good is big pool area if warm enough to hang & swim… stay at Hampton by Hilton right across street for cheaper w/ cleaner newer rooms, free breakfast & friendlier staff by far!

Good family hotel but don’t pay extra for breakfast unless you have a good whole hour to wait as it’s limited space w/ long waits on food to be served. Amazing food once we figured that out to get up 2 hours before we had to leave! Pool hangout area was perfect for family time!

The property was near the highway so it was easy access. The rooms though were old. The room that we stayed in was also a bit dirty. The carpet wasn't vaccumed enough and we noticed that the bed sheets and curtains had some stains which was unsettling. The faucet in the "kitchen area" was also broken but everything else was okay. Overall, it was good but it's not that great.
