Amazing staff and facility until the last day !

Almost everything, and everyone was perfect.

Steve quite a lot extended quite a bit going through a family emergency and they were really helpful for the most part to the last day. That was gonna extend two weeks, but the woman on the front desk threatened me because I had a hard time checking out my sister was sick and I asked if I could pay extra to have a late check out and this woman was really hard-core she didn’t need to be. Everyone else prior to her was amazing

The Accommodation was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for its location.

Location was ok if you were travelling for business. But if you are holidaying, avoid Santa Maria. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Soulless place though. No cafe/bar or anything just an apartment building.

Santa Maria! And the price for the rooms in this awful town was outrageous. We paid $1100 for two rooms for 2 nights. If I had realized Santa Maria was such an agricultural place with nothing at all to do, I would never have paid this price. My error for not researching correctly.

Decent enough.

Good location, parking area felt safe.

Furniture and paint in the room seemed a little rundown, lots of unpleasant smells in the hallway, very loud neighbors.

Clean and friendly property

The Hotel was very quiet. Nice amenities in the room. Ful fridge, Stove top and microwave. Very nice towels. They have a nice selection of DVDs. at the front desk. DVD players in the room. They do not have a restaurant or a bar. They do have a nice pantry with snack food for purchase. Even though our dog stayed home. It was nice to see they are pet friendly.

Location was a bit tricky to navigate the first time. There are a couple hotels tucked in the area. The bed did not seem like a Queen Size.

I like it and will consider staying there again.

I liked the convenience of the location and the comfort of the mattress.

The entrance to the hotel seemed odd to me. It didn’t feel comforting at first. It wasn’t a lobby as I was expecting but rather a customer service desk. Other then that, the hotel was great!
