Hotel is amazing! Since we were celebrating birthday, they offered us a free upgrde and decorated the room and wrote us a birthday card with some free drinks and snacks. The room, services and breakfast were all great, had a really good time staying at the hotel.

I stayed here with my 2 older sons and had a lovely stay. Beautiful hotel, huge walk in shower snd really comfy beds with a huge selection of pillow types. Excellent facilities including coffee machine, bottled water in the fridge and a wide selection of teas with biscuits. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Very clean and beautifully presdnted. Very impressed. £4 to park my car overnight.

We had a lovely stay, we were upgraded because it was my husbands birthday, l was just so ill that we need to go back again to enjoy it

Breakfast buffet was good, although the coffee was terrible. Hotel common areas were well-maintained, as was the fitness club; room was mostly OK but a little shabby in places. The view out of the window was grim, though - and the window itself was covered in dirt (see attached photo). Thought it was cheeky that they have a daily charge to park - it's their own private car park, so I expected the cost to be part of the room charge. I was really irritated, though, that the pool was closed from the last day of my stay - the first I knew of it was a sign on the desk at check-in. Not good enough, when the pool is advertised as one of the key facilities here. All in all, it was fine, but not great. I'd recommend elsewhere.

No marmalade available at breakfast!

Tiny bathroom, small bath, sink tap loose, mastic around shower screen looks like tooth paste.
Breakfast was chaos cutlery and cups, missing tables not cleared.some food had ran out waiting to re stocking.
Car door dinged in carpark.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the Leonardo hotel. The room was clean and of a good size. Breakfast was good and well presented and there was also a hotel bar and plenty of communal spaces. We would come back.
4.3
It was a fairly tidy hotel. The only annoying thing was the sprawl of the place. Long walk to the room from reception. They offered to carry my bags, but that wasn’t gonna happen.
4.3
Hotel was fine. Food in Leo’s was pretty awful. Wilted greens was about 4 green Bern’s and two bits of broccoli for £7! Burgers expensive but s need like cheap meat.
4.3
Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Room was big, shower had excellent water pressure and breakfast was delicious, great choice. Highly recommend it.

Lovely spacious room

Our room was lovely but outside was the boiler room , which made it very noisy. As it went off probably every half an hour.
Hotel reception area nice.
Breakfast was worth booking.
4.3
Even though it’s not in the city center, it’s worth the stay. I have installed a taxi app which costed me 9 pounds to the city centre.
The hotel charge included a breakfast buffet. The breakfast is quite good.
One drawback is there’s no sufficient light in the room.

Lovely hotel sbd stayed several times at this hotel and other Leonardo hptels rlse where, due to rooms, service and standard's. This stay was great, apart from booking and paying for superior room, we ended up with good size room and good amenities! But room snelt danp and had awful outlook, considering what we booked and paid. Finally, staff were very helpful as normal and so friendly, but 6 am some of the team were loud outside our room for several minutes talking business! Without any consideration for guests and we were i room 102!

Nice smart hotel, very clean.
Easy check in/out process.
Great parking, plenty of spaces, onsite and only £6 per night which is very reasonable.
We had a room for 3 of us - that bathroom door is opaque glass and situated directly onto where the beds were so when anyone used the bathroom in the night the ight came straight through the glass door and illuminated the room - this would be better as a solid door to block the light.
Other than this, we had a nice stay for one night here

Quite convenient if you have official business at or around the University of Oxford.

The first room, 193, had rust all over the tub. Very disappointing. The second person fixed the issue by upgrading our room and the room was satisfactory, 212. One issue, I had to unplug the TV for it would come on automatically, without the remote. Room was clean and comfortable. As for hotel hallways and stairs, need maintenance. One can feel loose boards underneath the carpet and the hallway stairs need serious upgrade/work.

great location for visiting Oxford, esp with park and ride 5 mins away. nice hotel with large room. very small pool though.
4.3
Lovely place that instantly smelt nice when you walked in. Staff very fruendly and helpful and food in restaurant in evening was lovely.
4.3
The hotel looks lovely. It smells great, the bedroom was great and the breakfast was great for the price too. Parking wasn’t too expensive. However, this hotel needs some lifts. I hated having to walk upstairs with my baby pram, my kid and my suitcases. That wasn’t convenient at all. The corridors need some love, too.

The problem I encountered was on arrival. I had booked an executive room mainly because of the walk-in shower, as we are elderly and find it uncomfortable to use over-the-bath showers. On checking in, I found that we did not have a walking shower. Eventually, I sorted it out, but as I am over eighty years old, it would be nice if I could rely on Hotels.com to book the right room.
4.3
Clean and welcoming. Spa really good and easy access. Costs a little high for some famillies but we certainly enjoy it
4.3
Car park 6£... in the midle of nowhere, and first thing requested by the personal.
A pure industrial hotel where everything is good for making money.
Avoid the restaurant.
You need an appoitment...... for the swiming pool!
To forget

Stayed here all the time and the room is always clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and will resolve some issues straight away. Great location

Good value stay

Shower splash guard needs a new rubber & something resembling chewing gum ground into the sheet @ midnight…. We didn’t bother with room service as no offer of help with luggage along extremely long passageways and stairs ( no lift)
Good night sleep and convenient location

We arrived around 5.30 pm I was excited to see they had a family check in desk so went back to the car to get the kids so they could enjoy that experience but the check in lady asked us to move down. I told her we would like to use the family check in desk and complete the activities for the children but she just rolled her eyes and pretended like she didnt hear me. The hotel room is fine except the bathroom door is glass so if you need to go in the night the light disturbed the rest of the room with 2 adults and two children in the room its not ideal. The view from the window was a builders yard. There were stains on the carpet. The bed was comfortable. Didn't eat in the hotel as there weren't any childrens options so we elected to go into Oxford for food which was about 10 mins in the car to the city centre. Cost £7.60 to park. If you drive in before 7pm you have to pay the low emissions zone. Parking at the hotel was either £6 or £8 I can't remember. Reception area is nice. Swimming pool is tiny.

Great hotel with ample parking. Warm welcome from friendly staff. Not the greatest location if you’re after a view but well connected. Leisure centre was a bit tired and the pool was small. Also with salt water, which I’ve not come across before in a UK hotel. Excellent breakfast with lots of options.

Excellent hotel. Close to bus stops into city. Very friendly staff. Everything perfect.
4.3
The hotel staff were great. Nothing was to much trouble. Good selection for breakfast. The only down was the food at pub Leo’s tried it twice. I did not try the main restaurant it might be better There is a pub called the plough within walking distance that does better food.
4.3
suited our requirements.Full engish breakfast should not be an extra charge
4.3
Lovely hotel, staff very pleasant, clean rooms, tea and coffee facilities in room. Breakfast and evening meal excellent.
4.3
There was a major electronic outage. Nothing was available for my family to use and they also needed escorting to open their room.
I’d run to try to pay for the room beforehand and the system wouldn’t allow that. I also asked for something special as it was my sons 18th birthday on the Saturday, nothing. I would like a 50% refund on my stay.
