Great Value, reasonably close to Downtown and Airport. My only reason I am writing a bad review is because I requested a wakeup call for 5:28am for Sunday July 28, 2024 at the frontdesk on Friday July 26 and again on Saturday July 27. I again confirmed around 1am Sunday July 28, after my busy last day in Milwaukee, that my Wakeup call was indeed scheduled for 5:20 or 5:28am in just 4.5 hrs. Although I had an alarm set on my phone, I always request a Wakeup call for peace of mind when travelling. I heard my alarm and turned it off, thinking I would get a Wakecall shortly. Unfortunately, I never received that scheduled wakeup call. This meant I missed my 7am Flight. I only woke up at 6:40am to my alarm for end of my boarding in Milwaukee airport. I explained my Predicament at the front desk on checkout, and the lady did see my wakeup call was written in the binder in front of her. She did confirm and admit that my wake up call was Not made to my room 141. I have both my Initial flight and the Rebooked flight that I incurred about $860 to return home to Canada. If I send proof of this, can I get a Future stay voucher or credit, or a Partial refund for my 3 nights July 25-28,2024 that I stayed at Motel 6 in Oak creek? Please advise. 2 armed robberies in front and back of property. Continous police presence, even including running every plate in the lot many times stopping by every vehicle. Checking VIN numbers. One guy at the desk was pretty nice. But watch out asking for a replacement room card from the other guy. Very rude. And you need a reprogrammed card every single time. And hope you dont need more than 1 towel per person for 4 days!

The staff is good. Helpful even. Had issues with the a/c in our first room, we were able to switch rooms, which was good. There were some smells that were not pleasant in the hallways the first night -- cleaned up by day 2.

My room smelled clean and was mostly acceptable. However, the bathtub was clogged with hair and other debris and I had to clean it out myself. The hallways had very dirty carpet, and the stairway needed maintenance, I stumbled on the stair tread metal that was cracked and on some stairs didn’t even exist. The stair rails were so gross and filthy that I didn’t even want to put my hands o. Them. I could feel layers and layers of grease and dirt On the good side, I felt safe even though the area was not the best. Staff was knowledgeable and responsive….

The whole property smells bad. The first room we checked into had no tv and was not cleaned. There was a used soap in the shower and hair in the bathtub and yellow stuff all over the wall by the bed. They moved us to a new room and it had brown stuff on the wall when you first walk in and the tv didn’t work.

It was shady to say the least. TV did not work. Toilet leaked. Called front desk and they had another room but air didn’t work. Maintenance came the next day and was supposed to bring us a remote for the tv and never did.

This was by far the worst Motel 6 I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. Run down and filthy would do it justice so I’ll say it was disgusting. I have never seen a Motel that had a no cash policy. Not even coffee anywhere in the Motel. Never going to stay there again.

When walking into the room, the first thing I noticed was no mirror above the vanity. When I took a peak into the restroom, the tub was yellowed and cracked. Cobwebs were in the window and on the ceiling and there wasn’t a proper comforter on the bed. The room looked nothing like the images they showed when booking. The room itself felt very uninviting. Overall the comfort was decent but was disappointed and shocked to find out I had to purchase shampoo from a vending machine. If you’re looking for a hotel with the bare minimum, this is your fit. A bonus is they allow animals to stay, though I didn’t have one with me, there were some in other rooms. Sadly, if I thought ahead, I would’ve taken photos to show the space. Wasn’t exactly the first thing on my mind when walking into the room to wind down for a night.

I didn't like the fact that the TV was not working. He promised someone was coming to fix it and he did not come. The TV did not have a cable box. One bed did not have a mattress cover under the sheets. I checked out the second day.

We made reservations 03/30/24 for our stay 07/11-07/14/24. Went to check-in and they could not find the reservation. Provided the confirmation number and it had been canceled. We did not cancel it. They did reinstate the reservation after 30 minutes of waiting. We later found a missed call from them with no voicemail so I suspect they canceled the reservation for no reason. There was some issue going on at the same time that we were checking in because the police were there too. The room was just a basic room, nothing special about it. No fresh towels or anything during our stay. Everyday, we had to have the keycard reinstated to access our room even though our reservation was for 4 days. My husband is a big guy and he even stated he did not feel safe. Next time, I think I will pay the extra money and stay at the Hilton.

I liked that I could have my service dog without explaining what he's for, and you can change your room, but the cameras really can't see ALL the rooms, and someone did enter my room without my knowledge on one of my stays.

The staff was perfectly friendly, if a bit distracted, but the motel itself is an appallingly outdated dump. The room air-conditioning was very loud, which may have been a blessing considering the noise from other guests at all hours of night. Someone tried to break into the vending machines around the corner from my room in the middle of the night. I will never stay in a Motel 6 again, especially not for this price!

If you are looking for a quick night of sleep and are tolerant of the hallways being quite dirty, the rooms themselves are stark but workable. Do not come in with expectations of luxury or really anything. It's a convenient place to lay your head for the night, then move along. If you are looking for anything more, stay somewhere else.

It was horrible ,, i woke up at 10pm went out to smoke a cigarette, tried to go back into my room and lock battery died and front desk could not and would not gain entry to room till next morning , my wallet work clothes ect. Were in room , spent night in different room. Will never go back , dirty , rude over all un kept , never recieved new towels or toiletries. Horrible !!!!

My room didn't have functioning lights by the bed, The bed didn't have a comforter, just a this fleece blanket. The window didn't close properly/all the way. There was no garbage can in the bathroom.,

Need to have fridge and microwave in rooms, definitely a must for me! Walked into hotel and it smelt like weed, Beds where so hard and pillows where so flat I had to use clothing under them to be able to sleep comfortably, their was a dog barking alongside my room the whole night just overall had a rough experience. But clean and the women staff was friendly the men well they smelt like weed and didn’t take at all!

The hotel was ran down and beat up. But the employees were beyond amazing! From check-in to check-out, they made me feel very welcome! All of the employees need a raise! I was always welcomed and had fresh linens daily.

When we checked in it was a little uneasy the manager wasn’t focused due to something happened to the other manager when we got our room the room door was left open our tv wasn’t working and the manager had to come in to fix it there was odor in the hallway due to the top floor or roof leaking the back door didn’t work so we had to walk all the way back to the front and the window in the back the screen was propped open for someone to climb in and out it was very unsafe the room was nice we didn’t have enough towels and when asked for more we were only provided wash clothes and hand towels the dry towels were not ready for another hour
