I been few times in Treasure Island hotel casino.All pervious times the booking service use to be right. This time they messed up. Which is fine . I tried to get my right booking service. Which I paid extra for the booking process to be perfect right. But it didn’t happen. I understand things happens too.So I went back to make it right… the employee gave me all the bla bla excuses and excuses . Like he tried to full me as I don’t know anything or it is my 1st time booking a hotel . Such an embarrassing employees to be hired . Even the 1st employee who helped me to do the check in, he wasn’t giving the right service. Like rushing to be done. It looks like he is selling a room service. Not giving a hotel service. So bad . All the time I give 5 stars . This time I will give less. I was willing to give only 1 star. But I decide it to give more because the hotel casino is a good place to stay . And I’m not sure for now if I will come back again. For those two non professional employees at the reception . Good luck for the rest.

Clean comfortable room starting to look a little dated. Great position to explore the Strip, and taxis right at the front door. Plenty of choice for meals, though everywhere was busy.

Just a weekend get away. Love staying at TI as it’s our favorite hotel and casino. We love the comfort of the hotel and casino. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff are friendly and super helpful.

Overall a great place - nice a clean, good amenities, easy to navigate. Food options and quality were average. My biggest gripe was there was no assistance for vehicle issues (ie - a dead battery) through the hotel. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have a jump pack available to help out after we paid a good amount of money to be a guest so we could park there.

Room was great and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. The safe was broke and our room key wouldn’t open our door 9 out of 10 times! We would definitely stay at TI on our next trip to Vegas!

My mediocre review mostly was about the check in process. The line was long and took almost an hour. There were many check-in stations, but only three staff members were there. They have to do better and there is no excuse except poor management to let this happen.

TI is an obviously older property but it’s clean and well maintained. Excellent location right across from the Venetian. Only downsides are limited, average dining options and room service stops at 3:00pm, which makes it basically useless unless you’re getting breakfast. Value wise a questionable based on the age of the property and on-site food is quite expensive.

It's an old hotel and you can tell. You get what you pay for. I wish I had spent a couple hundred dollars more and stayed in a better hotel. The rooms are old, and the casino looks dated. And on top of that, the water sink was 90% blocked. However, the checking kiosks help and the staff is nice.
