Booked two rooms for two nights. Booked 1 room for my Mother. The TV did not work in her room. They sent maintenance to try and fix it twice but to no avail. She also had a handicap room but could not use the shower as it was a tub that she could not step into or out of. The second night she was on the same floor that had unruly guests and she could not get a good nights sleep the entire night. People on the floor called the front desk on more than once occasion but the fighting continued.

The hotel was very clean. Seemed to be newly renovated. The breakfast was very good as well as the staff. Bobby was great. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel had a horrible order, the elevators were always filthy and smelly. The mold and mildew visible in every corner of the establishment including my room and the bathroom was deplorable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows included, the room was damp and humid even with the air on that only blew in one direction. The tub did not work as it was broke and hanging loose. The free coffee was one specific brew every day all day long and NEVER HOT! The amount of noise and additional smell of weed in the hallways was RIDICULOUS ! All I can say is NEVER AGAIN! And to think I paid $1,186.00 to be annoyed, inconvenienced and physically in pain from the bed. I have stayed at larger more well known Hiltons and Marriotts for less money and more time and had much better amenities, services and accommodations.

Everything was wonderful, rooms were clean and welcoming. Staff was helpful and friendly. Mattress did sag in the middle not sure if it is a box spring issue or just worn.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable

The property is easily accessible to major highways and activities such as shopping the casino and to Dave and Busters. We enjoyed breakfast and the indoor pool. Took uscawhile to figure out the shower but otherwise the room was comfortable with excellent amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

This is our third stay here and everything is always great! The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast has a good amount of varieties. Whenever we stay on LI we will stay here. Plus Bobby D who checked us in is very personable and pleasant. Makes you feel warm and welcomed.

It was all good

Treated poorly for something I had no control over.

Place was very clean. Bed linens were very comfortable. I loved the zero products --soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream. I can't rate the free breakfast as I was so comfortable that I slept in.

The bathroom was disgusting with poop all over the wall and floor was not swept. Asked to switch rooms , new room was not much better and smelled awful. In general the hotel was filthy. For $300 , the room was a rip off. <$150 this room was worth. Do better Hampton Inn

The staff was outstanding! We had opportunity to interact with the manager, day counter, housekeeping and food staff as we stayed for a week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast amazing (nothing like NY bagels and fresh bakery items eveyday) and totally pet friendly. A truly great experience. Would highly recommend.

Very clean room- good service

Everything in the room was a bit damp. The chair and carpets seemed to have been recently cleaned and hadn't fully dried. Several of the pillows were somewhat damp also, and some of the damp pillows smelled of mildew. The rest of the bedding was dry, at least, and we got new pillows quickly when we complained. The mildewy smell never fully went away, though, even after they took away the pillows. We did ask if we could get a different room, but the only other one available was right next to the kitchen, and they said we'd be woken up by the noise there at 5:00 AM if we took that room. Disappointing.

I usually choose this hotel all the time when I visit but this time I was upset for picking it, it had stains on the wall that looked like blood and the shower/tub was just disgusting I only stayed bc every other hotel was full, when I spoke to front desk they told me they had no other available rooms and housekeeping wasn’t on premises, I even offers to show them and the lady said no I believe you it’s ok. But no help except for xtra towel to lay on floor

Slow checking in. Hard to see from road and difficulty getting to it when we drove past it.

I have always enjoyed going to the Hampton Inn , but sadly, this experience has been very unsettling and disappointing. Last night ,air conditioner was not working. This was brutal, due to the case that is a heat wave here. Then I contacted the hotel today and spoke to Bobby. He had informed me that the air conditioner would be replaced. I requested to cancel my Sunday evening stay. When I did get to the hotel I spoke with Christina at the front desk, who was very personable and helpful. I went to my previous Room429 to retrieve all my items and packed my things to go to the new room. When I got to the room , the hotel engineer and worker were removing the air conditioner from the wall and replacing it with a new one. Then I packed my things to go to the new Room 231. Unfortunately, I was sent her a room without a phone, alarm, nightstand, outlet by the nightstand that I could plug in my CPAP machine. Then was informed, I would be getting another new room change and they would drop off the room card to me. Once again I had to repack all my items in the room and waited patiently . I had plans to go to the hotel pool and dinner reservations . Since it was over two hours until I got a new room, I had to cancel. The manager, Dean came up to follow up and arranged that I would be in a new room. I would appreciate the support,sadly this experience was very frustrating &disappointing, considering the amount for the accommodation paid. I would like to be reimbursed.
