Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The property was very easy to access. External looks could use some paint and minor repairs. The room had a few flaws that a simple remodel would resolve (hole in wall patch, and fresh paint) other than those minor thing our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

No amenities--no fridge, no coffee pot, no ice machine, no cups, no breakfast. Bed comfortable and clean; bathroom was also clean so I gave 2 stars.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Filthy, smelled terrible, sketchy area. It appeared people we living there like in an apartment. We left immediately and stayed at Springhill Suites

Room was disgusting! One outlet for the room on a wall by the door and it was exposed, the rest were covered up. No place to plug in a phone charger by the bed, toilet leaked, walls were filthy, floor boards were separated and dirt inbetween. Lights didn't work, base board was pulled away from the wall exposing filth. Bedding had a bunch of cigarette burns. Chair was ripped and couldn't sit in it. a mirror was leaning against the wall and you could see where it should have been. Even after showering, that room left me feeling dirty. Took several pics but can't get any to upload

The room was filthy, had to wear socks or shoes the whole time in the room. Black mold and rust in the shower. Room had a distinct moldy smell that would not go away (unplugged the ac all day thinking it might be the culprit) 1 star is being generous, I will not make the mistake of booking this property again!

BED BUGS!!! Over $80 to get turned into a chew toy! Big bug of some sort fell out ofnthe towels and crawled away. Room looked pretty dingy. Had it not already been 2am when we got there, we would have left. NO manager available to speak to at all. The girl at the desk this morning was understanding and empathetic but unable to do anything because of no manager on site. HOWEVER!!! The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. But still not really worth it with bugs. UNABLE TO ADD POCS ON HERE OR I WOULD

Very run down. Paint chipped off walls, smelled terrible. The bathtub had terrible rust in it. I politely went and told the front desk I couldn’t stay there and I wanted a refund, she said the manager wouldn’t be there until another hour. She offered to give me a different room and rust was in that bathtub too. I waiting an hour and a half for the manager, he showed me 2 more rooms that looked better, all of the tubs still had rust in them. The last room didn’t have the rust, but at that point I was disgusted and still asked for a refund. The lady helped best as she could and was nice. The manager understood and didn’t give me a hard time and then recommended the hotel across the street.

Staff person was friendly. Mold in the shower, broken dirty vent in the bathroom, air conditioner had busted cover, duct tape and missing control knobs but did cool the room. Mattress cover dirty (looked like dried blood). Very run down, not well maintained. No food available on the premises. This was not our choice to stay; this was a last resort when Expedia overbooked our hotel (which was booked months in advance) and nothing available due to several concerts and events going on in the area.

The light didn't work in most of the room, the two lights above the bed were falling off and one had a bible wedged under it to keep it from falling. we were in a no smoking room and the blanket had a burn hole in it. lastly the place was infested with cockroaches and they refused to let us shower in a different room. I asked for a full refund and they would not

Needed somewhere to stay for the night after traveling all day. Entered the room that had a un clean scent. Room was 80 degrees, turned on the ac that barely worked or cooled it down any. Floors were dirty and door barely closed. All around unpleasant.

No towels in room, stain on comforter on one of the beds along with burn holes, toilet loud and stayed running in the bathroom, shower head did not work properly, electrical outlet did not work near the sink counter top. Lawn mowers outside loud noise at 8 a.m. The guy that checked me in initially for the room was extremely rude. The guy that took over at shift change when I reported no towels stated that he needed to come to the room with me to see himself that there were no towels.

Two years since last visit. Superior King Non-smoking is supposedly a step above the Standard King. No in-room coffee maker or telephone posed an inconvenience, as I had no working cell at the time. Add insult to injury; there were no pay-phones either. Not worth the pricier room rate.

The room smelled stale as soon as we opened the door. Then the a/c barely worked. The tub and toilet both had such bad rust stains. The beds were so small and the bedding was paper thin. When you flushed the toilet it made this loud screeching noise until the water filled the bowl back up. I get that you get what you pay for but it was absolutely miserable.

This place was nasty. Bathroom was dirty. 1 towel at check in. Man at the counter was rude when asking for more towels. Door to the room was open when we first arrived. Just an overall bad place to stay.

You get what you pay for. This Red Roof Inn was a little more run down than most Red Roof I stay in. Had to walk to office each day to exchange towels and they only gave you 1 set for 2 people to share. I will not be staying here again.

Well, apart from an amazing person working front desk. This room was dirty, cigarette burn holes all over the sheets, there was a smell to the room almost like urine or something that was gross, hand towel was dirty, and couldn't sleep with neighbors fighting late in the night. Technically that wasn't a cheap room but badly taken care of.

Room was dirty, asked for 2 more pillows told they had no more pillows(hotel was not full!), bathroom had fecal matter on wall, bathtub looked dirty and dungy. Room air conditioner was filthy, about 1 inch of dust on the grating in the room, room had heavy tobacco smell. The hotel was right off of I-71 South in Blue Ash Ohio which does have some beautiful homes and areas. However this hotel was horrible! As soon as we enter the room it smelled like cigarettes non-smoking room. The walls were builty the doors were filthy went to the bathroom and turn on the light and baby cockroaches scattered everywhere my daughter and I left immediately could not get our money back. And went across the street to the hotel called Quality Hotel with much better service I would not in my right mind tell my worst enemy to stay at this hotel. I was there for 5 minutes to charge close to $100 that I'll never see again.

Terrible service. The room is so out dated and worn. Had to change to one night, was told when I checked that was not a problem. Then after I left checked my bank account, and they charged me for 2 nights. When I called they said I never checked out, and I did, they just needed to check the video to see. Finally said they would give my money back. Still waiting on it. Would not recommend at all.

We didn't stay. We walked into the non smoking room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the bed. The curtains as pulled down and broken. The bathtub was stained in splotchy red. The employee showed me another room, and it was the same. My wife waited in the first room and it didn't take 10 minutes before people started looking at there through the window where the broken curtain was. It was awful and gross and not fit for any human beings.

The room was falling apart from the ceiling to the floor. The room was disgustingly dirty, you could see and feel the filth on the walls, floor, fixtures and furniture/appliances. We had only been there a little over an hour and left when we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We slept in our car. Waiting for the $70 refund

I reserved a double bed, non smoking room several days in advance. Upon check-in we were told it was the last double they had available. The clerk was nice and likable. We were given a room that clearly was a smoking room. I didn't step more than 3 feet into the room the smell was so bad. There were stains on the blankets. The chair in the room was in horrible shape. Holes in the paint on the walls. We went back to the clerk and told him we couldn't stay there as my friend is highly asthmatic and can't be in a smoking room. He offered us another double room, which we thought was odd since less than 10 minutes earlier he said we had the last one. We checked that room out and it was a non-smoking room. It was in much better looking shape than the first room but there was hair and stains in the tub. We went back, apologized for the inconvenience but requested a refund. The clerks attitude definitely changed. It took us a long time to rid ourselves of the smell and had to go looking for another hotel.
