Staff was friendly and helpful, but the first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second still had a funk, was very minimal, and had an electrical box hanging out of the wall, which felt unsafe.

I'm appalled by the subpar experience at this property. Despite its well maintained exterior and safe location, the room quality was unacceptable. It took three attempts to find a room that didn't reek of overpowering air freshener, a migraine trigger that should be taken seriously. The lack of elevator forced me to lug my luggage up stairs, adding insult to injury. If you prioritize cleanliness, accessibility, or have sensitivities, avoid this property.

Stayed on way down to Tennessee. Good basic budget motel, ideal for overnight stopovers. Only negative was rooms on first floor can be noisy at night if people are hanging around outside close to room.

One night for a ball tournament. Very friendly. Quiet. Clean. Looked newly renovated. Cold clean bed. Hot shower. Clean room. Def worth the value. Will stay there again.

Park right outside your door. Clean, well supplied room, including ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. But they did not supply shampoo and it was difficult to get body wash out of the sink and shower dispensers - seemed they were almost empty. The entire complex was supposed to be smoke-free and signs notified visitors they would be fined if smoking on the premises. However, when we walked in our room, though there was no visible evidence of anyone having smoked in the room, the lingering smell of cigarette smoke was evident. We didn’t notice it after a while and didn’t complain to anyone. I’m sure they would have given us a different room, but it was late and we just wanted to get to bed. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

I never write a bad review about hotels, however this one is an exception. We went to put clothes in the drawer and there was a semi dead cockroach. If we weren't so tired from driving 8 hours we would have left. Also it was a good thing we brought our own soap as they didn't have any in the room. The front reception he was extremely helpful when checking in, so there was one really nice about this hotel.

Quiet place and a nice polite person working there at night, easy to check in. There were lots of cars in the parking lot when I arrived around 11pm. When I left in the morning, nearly all of them were gone. I appreciate the front staff in the evening.

The a/c did not work and it ran all night without cooling. The TV did not work properly. Sheets felt like sand paper. The toilet got clogged. Staff would not give me a receipt like I asked. Was charged over $200 for room by Expedia and the room in Fact only cost $168 to rent for the night. A joke and will never stay there again or use Expedia (robbery).

Reported domestic dispute from next door occupants 2 nights in a row to front desk and was told it would be be handled and I should call the police.

For the price this place was great! The guy at the front desk was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable! We found this little town by accident on our way home from the Cleveland clinic and what a wonderful surprise. So cute and charming that we are staying here aging when we go back.

I reserved room through Expedia and paid in full 6/25. Upon arrival, the desk clerk showed I owed more. He called Expedia for a long conversation, then called his manager for another long conversation. It was over 30 minutes from me arriving until I got my room key. Thankfully I have not been charged extra. The clerk was courteous however. The room was clean and the bed was excellent. Coffee maker did not work and desk was taken up by coffee making and lamp so no work space. Desk chair was dirty.
