So many amenities and so little time.

Supper was delicious. Lots of choices and the food was excellent. I loved not having to go out again after spending the day at a conference.

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Family Trip to Columbus Zoo

Loved having breakfast & dinner included with our stay. There were so many great options! Made feeding our family super easy & hassle-free. Having an indoor & outdoor pool was wonderful!! All staff members were polite & friendly.

Slight overcrowding issue at dinner due to space & tables available. It's not an issue that would prevent me from staying here again in the future.

Very good & relaxing

Good. I also liked the pulled pork sandwiches Saturday evening. Most places don't offer meals at hotels.

My room was directly over the outside pool. Alot of kids screaming all the way up until the pool closed at 10. If I needed to rest I would have been upset.

Decent stay!

The complimentary food and drinks, breakfast & dinner were fabulous, and the staff were all absolutely top notch. The beds were decently comfortable.

Our room had to be changed twice and check in due to cleanliness but they made it right and we had a pleasant experience. The pool and hot tub were completely unusable each night. There were babies and kids by the dozen in the hot tub with floaties and water guns. Kids cannon balling and splashing non stop every time we attempted to use the facilities. No parents even took a notion to settle them down or tell them not to splash others. Complete disregard for personal space. At one point a man and woman were using the hot tub and brought their own beer in and were spilling it everywhere in the hot tub and on the sides, trying to refill from their bottles into plastic cups. Meanwhile...the 8 kids were also in there (the hot tub) the other 20 were in the pool 🙄. I have 3 kiddos, I get it, kids are kids but this was different. So that part was disappointing but whatever, I guess. Aside from that situation I'd give it a solid 7/10.

Location was convenient to everything we needed/wanted to do.

Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Quiet rooms. Spacious suites. Love the pool and hot tub. 10/10 favorite place to stay

No locks on doors in between conjoining rooms. No locks on bathroom door.

Will not be staying there again nor will I recommend the hotel to other people.

The way the pool area was handled. Too many unsupervised kids and lots of adults drinking and acting a fool. My 5 year old was jumped on and almost drowned because the unsupervised kids were not paying attention to anything. The parents just said “ Oh yeah I seen that” didn’t correct their children or anything. All the front desk had to say when this was brought to their attention was “ Yeah it’s like that on the weekends”. That is an awful excuse.

would stay again but not in a room around the lobby area

The kickback is amazing and the hotel is very nice.

The rooms over the lobby can hear everything and it gets loud in the evening when people are having dinner and hanging out.

The bathroom was handicap(which was nice), but when we showered, water completely covered the bathroom floor. It even pooled under the sink area. Also, there was no vent fan, so we felt we were in a sauna.

Very pleasant and a great experience to stay here and would stay here again with the discount rate.

We enjoyed the hospitality shown us during our stay from the fist point of check-in till we checked out. All the staff were so friendly. Loved the great breakfast selection and the kick back hour! So nice to not have to leave and drive somewhere to eat.

Not much I could think of. All was fine. Just not much I could think of to complain about. during our stay. Unusual to find a place to be so satisfied with. If there is one thing to complain about during our stay was that when we got checked in and walked into the room, there was a spot of food on carpet that was missed during cleaning. It was out towards middle of floor and probably something that should have not been easily missed. The rest of the room was very clean and neat, and we were well satisfied.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved that there wasn't a waiting list for pool area. The beds are very comfortable.

It would have been helpful to know before hand if dinner served is included with night stay. There was nothing in my confirmation that communicated dinner as an additional option or included in the price. We're newish to Drury Inn stays and so far we love it for our nights away!
