Very clean and nice staff

Location, 2 beds and 2 bath. Layout was perfect of the room. Great amenities.
Beds were hard. The hot tub was down. Would like the queen suites to have 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Would be better suited for families but that’s nothing the hotel can control. Just a suggestion.

peaceful quiet location, central air, courtyard grounds was nice.
old and dirty, breakfast seemed frozen to table, three pillows for four people, set of towels for two, had to ask for couch bed bedding, halls to room are excessively long (not exaggerated!), pool was under warming upgrade, spa under construction, SURPRISE $12.99 parking for non members, SURPRISE $25. snack and food station hold on card “in case you get anything.”

Many parts of the property look very worn out.

The room was a good size.
breakfast was barely room temperature, it was a good thing they had a microwave because we had to use it to warm our food. The pool/hot tub was a disaster, in fact they had to close it on our second night of three and we never could use it because it was closed for over 24 hours.

Everything was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for myself and son. Loved the large tvs we got there a little early but was given our room I really appreciated that also. Good to have great breakfast back which everything was good
For our stay for a night I can’t think of anything that was a problem. The bathroom was off my room but I like how the toilet and tub was separate from the sink area

The staff at check was great. As well as check out. The kitchen lady was spectacular.
We were on the second floor. There was a party of about 15 right outside our window on the patio. It was a full Buffett and they were having a blast. Around 11:30 pm I called the desk to ask how much longer the party would go on. She said she’d ask them to quiet down. Around 1 am, I think it settled. At 7 am someone started playing basketball on the same patio. I'm not sure if people live here or what. Needless to say, we did not sleep a bit. There was a group of middle school age running a muck and cursing like sailors in the pool. That was great for my kids too. The pool area was trashed. The elevator was always full of pool water. I think it was one particular group, sadly.

The pool was great for kids, breakfast every morning was hot and fresh, no issues with getting more blankets and pillows. Sue at front desk…superb and friendly!!

Everything was easy to get to.
Smelled like a nursing home

The staff and hotel exceeded all my expectations. The only problem was the whirlpool jacuzzi at the pool was not working. The swimming pool was cold and murky looking. Not clear at all. The rest of the facility was very nice and clean. Would definetly stay again.
Pool and hot tub need some attention.

The room was spacious and had a whole kitchenette which was really nice with having the family we could go to Kroger and buy food for the weekend saving money there
Breakfast was a bit sparse but it was a busy weekend so that is kind of expected

Good location. Many stores and restaurants within easy access. The hotel is situated in a quiet tree-lined area. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They supplied us ice from their kitchen when our fridge icemaker didn't work..
The pool wasn't heated. The hot tub was down for repairs. The ice maker in our full-size fridge didn't work.

we liked the 2 bedroom suite, worked great for our family.
when we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed for maintenance-the indoor pool is why we chose this property. very disappointing! then our room had an ant problem, we were smashing ants in the kitchen area and living room area frequently.

Had to pay to park in parking lot, but they don't tell you that until your there. Told it was a 25 dollar charge but then was charged 37 and told parking was 12 on top of the 25. Was told if get the 25 back after my stay, still haven't received it. Pool was freezing but was suppose to be heated. Booked a room for 4, was provided a pull out couch for 2 of the guest but not given blankets or pillows and the blanket on the bed was super thin and the other part being used as a cover was a bed skirt. Ants in our room and in indoor pool area

front desk staff was very rude. the hotel was “overbooked” they was not able to give rooms that was reserved ahead. at check in the manager had to call housekeeping with every guest to see what room to put them in.

Staff was very helpful and polite.
Room layout wasn't good. There is no closet to hang up clothes. Tight squeeze around king bed to get into the bathroom.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Location was great, it was close to shopping mall and restaurants. The hotel had a very nice common sitting area that we definitely utilized for our family Christmas games.
The main purpose for choosing this hotel was our family had stayed at homewood suites in mason for thanksgiving and it was wonderful. So we just knew we would have the same experience for Christmas but no. The rooms are nice but much smaller than the one in mason, but it was fine .There was a mix up in the rooms, thought I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queens & sofa sleeper but ended up with 2 rooms with 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. They upgraded 1 room to the 2 queen beds and sofa bed and of course we had to pay for the upgrade. We definitely planned for kids to swim but The pool was closed due to the heater being broken. The cook was off so no hot breakfast our first day( 2nd day was fine, cook was back breakfast was good). Had we been informed that there wasn’t going to be hot breakfast (after we asked the time of breakfast we should have been told only cold foods would be available)we could have made arrangements to get groceries to cook our own breakfast in our room ( it was Christmas and we wanted hot food). Our first room was freezing cold, heat wasn’t working we had to move rooms. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the sofa beds were terrible in fact my sister and her son fell through at one point during the night because it dipped in so bad. Had to complain about noise from room above, dogs running and thumping late into the night(nothing against pet owners but should be on first floor) pet owners let their dogs pee right at front door of hotel in the snow (disgusting to look at as you enter the hotel). It would have been nice if they would have offered us a slight discount for our rooms considering the inconvenience of these things.
