My husband and myself enjoyed our stay! Stacey at the front desk was amazing she was very accommodating and took her time with explaining everything regarding our stay! We loved the games with Billy! The rooms could use an upgrade however our room was very clean! Thank you cove haven!

I was there for 2 nights the first night the hot tub was dirty so I asked them to clean it but with no answer I went myself to the front desk to ask them to clean it they told me they'll send someone but never did I sent an email that was only answered after my stay, this place is gross, I highly recommend not to book!!

This place was everything I thought it would be and more. I will definitely be returning. However there were a few small issues. The biggest one was the fact that the bed rolls away from the headboard. My wife and I tried to cuddle up in bed to watch a movie and we could not sit up against the headboard at all without the bed sliding away causing all the pillows and almost ourselves to fall in between. Second, we ordered lunch to be delivered to the suite. After calling 3 times(no answer the first two, then called the front desk and they put me thru to an actual person) I was on hold for what felt like 10 minutes before I could put my order in. They said it would take 45 minutes for delivery as they were very busy, no problem. However when the food finally arrived it was cold, like it had been sitting out waiting for someone to bring it up. Finally, when housekeeping came in with fresh towels and to refill our little coffee station, they saw that we had used the regular coffee and not the decaf. What did they do? Replaced the missing regular coffee with more decaf. I couldn't believe it. They either weren't thinking at all, or just didn't care. I called the front desk and they did take care of it rather quickly. Within I'd say 30 minutes there was a knock at the door like the police serving a warrant, and around the outside handle was a bag with regular coffee pods in it. This place is great, but for the money they charge, they could put more effort into the little things.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the cove haven. The staff were very attentive. The rooms were very cozy and private. All and all it was a wonderful weekend away.

When we retired to bed an pulled the sheets back to lay down; they were filthy. Hair, grit, and dirt all under the covers. Under the pillow was dirty tissues. We called the front desk only for rude Wendy to have 1 sheet and 2 pillow cases sent to us. Thank God for Cheryl and the Housekeeper Mgr Beverly who made sure we had fresh everything. The food is so amazing. The facilities in the rooms are awesome. We already booked our next stay. The DJ was jamming too. Breakfast was sooo Bomb on Saturday but the Sunday wait was horrible causing them to rush and provide uncooked food. The gift shop has everything too. We didnt like the deers so close to our room either but they allow feeding them so drive super slow on the property.

I stayed in the Juliette suite. Bed is comfortable and room was nice overall, but two main problems were the shower didn’t get hot enough, while the regular sink and tub did. The other problem was an army of spiders hung from the ceiling outside the room particularly at night. Their webs were all of the place and some were about the size of quarters. They looked poisonous to. It made you not want to venture out to the amenities for fear a spider would drop on you.

Cove Haven is wonderful. It is clean, well-maintained, quiet, has many user-friendly activities,and friendly, polite, very competent staff members. The food in the dining room is great at breakfast and dinner. The portions are generous and the cooks are obviously well-educated. We loved the pool and the boat ride on the lake.

It was my 20th wedding anniversary wanted a great weekend just me wife and me. Staff was inattentive not incline to recommend activities or places to eat around the area on 2nd day was without water most of the day which caused us to check out early than anticipated extremely disappointed for the amount of money spent won’t go again

This was an excellent stay. The property is compact, which makes everything walkable. Tons of activities and entertainment options. Even better, you can use all of them early on check-in day, and late on check-out day. Room was clean, and the staff was friendly; from the front desk to the housekeeping team to the restaurant folks.

First and foremost I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and to my surprise the room was dirty, tile coming off, mold on top of the mini fridge, not to say the freezer was filled with ice, hair in the tub. This was the Juliette room, so when I went to let them know they apologized and moved us to the Garden of Eden which was a little better but still dirty, ar this point I'm just frustrated. I will never recommend this place to no one. I did have two staff that was very nice Eric and Chris. My 6year Anniversary & husband's birthday was horrible. I also booked a surprise dinner that they don't tell you its the same dinner we ate all week, just horrible. I am beyond disappointed in this place what you see on the website is not what it displays. I spent a lot of money booking this place and I am not pleased at all.

What’s unique about the property is its quiet and you feel safe and of course the heart shape bath tubs. Had a wonderful time on our honeymoon and lots of things to do. The food there was excellent as well. Things I didn’t like were having to park to far from the rooms and no luggage carts to help get your belongings in the room. Also they need to be faster at seating guests for breakfast and dinner reservations. Also need more help checking in and out guests. Over all I would recommend it.

The champagne tower rooms have so many things to enjoy, including the tub, private heart shaped pool, sauna, two tvs... The resort food isn't the best but nice enough. The property is a bit worse for wear but there are a ton of activities and amenities. Very fun and unique.
