Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable! I’ve stayed here a few times and always had great service and will always recommend this hotel to anyone. Just wish they had ice machine and vending on the first floor tho.

This is the nicest budget hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and modern and the service was nice. The rooms have a nice built-in space with ambient lighting, the heating unit wasn’t loud, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Front desk was very nice with handling our late check-in, specifically Kimberly. Overall, great experience for the value.

This hotel is old. It's so outdated and located across the street from major pollution. The room had dirty curtains and dirty mats in front of the window/ So dusty. I don't know how this has good reviews. The housekeepers buy you before checkout and the breakfast hours end too early. It smells like and looks like 1974 inside.

The hotel itself was excellent. Zero issues with our room or the staff. Price was good also but I believe that is a reflection of the area it is in. The area surrounding the hotel is industrial and lower income residential. Lots of trucks. Only one restaurant across the street. Not one of the best Hardees I have been too either. Only good thing is it was open 24 hours.

Night check in person was extremely nice and very welcoming. Hotel is right off the highway, easy to access. Not a ton of food around, but we found some local. Room and lobby were very clean. Room was big enough for what we needed. Price was great. Bathroom was very clean and service was very hospitable when we needed more of things. Breakfast was good. I would recommend for a quick overnight trip.

The Hotel rooms are large enough for a small family, the air conditioning works well. My one complaint would be the poor breakfast options, though I would refrain from complaining about that as the brass of the Hotel Chain seems to have made a point to take care of that the day I was there, letting the individual responsible for breakfast know it was an unacceptable option so it has likely been remedied by now.

This is the second time staying at Microtel. It's a nice property that's in good condition and close enough to the highway to be convenient but not noisy. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast which is very basic with mostly sugary snacks. It's basically enough to get you going on your way to a restaurant for a real breakfast. Otherwise, the place is great.
