The property was great, as well as the customer service provided by the staff. The location was in the center of everything you would need and right off the highway. The bed was quite comfy!

The shower wasn’t installed properly, because water was leaking from the back and sides of the shower head. The water wasn’t going down the drain the way it should so I was standing in water almost up to my ankles while taking a shower.

For the price of this hotel, I was incredibly shocked at how well kept the facilities were. The room was slightly small but was absolutely spotless.

Clean room, but small soap to get customer clean and breakfast very basic

The breakfast was below standard, low grade syrup for the waffles, no meat and hard boiled eggs , yuck. Also the bar soap for shower was very very small, for the price I paid owner can do better.

The the door to get in the hotel wouldn’t work our room just wasn’t clean. You couldn’t shut the curtains that were on the roadside.

It was a good location. I really only needed. Place to crash after a conference. It was affordable, clean and comfortable.

Our stay was for one night. It was a very nice, quiet, clean, stay.

Breakfast didn't offer much but it was ok. The facilities were nice and clean. Room was very nice and beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast items could have be better. The hard boiled eggs didn't taste right. Maybe often more fruit, some kind of neat would be nice.

This hotel is comfortable, clean, affordable, and convenient.

Cleanliness, price, and comfort. Staff was friendly and helpful. plus, there was easy access to the interstate. interior was colorful and inviting.

Scented cleanliness. I am allergic to many scents. This was a pleasant scent, likely from a cleaning product or deodorizer. It did not appear to be from carpeting, furniture, or building materials. I wish there had been more low carb alternative for breakfast, even a plain oatmeal or nuts that I could have had on top of my yogurt would have helped.

Easy check-in and friendly staff.

When I arrived, my room had an overwhelming odor of Marijuana. I believe the people in 322 had been smoking right before I arrived. It had nothing to do with the hotel, just inconsiderate patrons.

Great Stay!

Love how there was a mini living room so someone could watch TV in the bedrooms and someone could watch something different in the living room. I also liked how each part of the room had its own cooling/heating unit. Short travel time to civic center and auditorium.

Terrific staff, pleasant property, easy access.

Night clerk was most helpful, cheerful, replete with information and assistance. The breakfast was somewhat better than average. The only problem I experienced was that the pillows were all quite hard, and they did not offer an alternative.

Exceptional

I've been staying at the hotel since the fall of 2020 to visit my grandson. He attends the University of Charleston and is a football player. This trip was just so he and I could have some quality time. I & his parents stay here for all home games and I always stay here when I just want to come see him.
