Stayed at the Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel for the Taylor Swift concert and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were excellent for a good night’s rest. Would definitely stay here again!

Shuttle service is awful! We had to take an Uber after waiting over an hour. Before booking I called to confirm that they had shuttle service. They confirmed, was told to wait outside in the p/u area so that the shuttle could pick us up. We arrived to the area, called for the shuttle at 9:49pm, I was told that the shuttle would not be coming to pickup until the scheduled time 10:15pm, we waited. I called again at 10:30 and was directly put on hold with music for 11 minutes according to my phone. I hung up, called right back only for it to ring & then again to music. Many other hotel shuttles passed multiple times but we never saw our shuttle even though we waited all that time by the curb. Someone suggested that I use the airport phone so while still on hold on my cell phone and they must have been screening calls because they avoided my call but answered the airport call. I was told by the gentleman that answered that the shuttle would not leave again until 11:15 because they had already come by twice. Again, we never saw a shuttle for this hotel. I asked if they could pick us up because we had been waiting over an hour by the curb and had called to let them know we were waiting but he said they run on a schedule. I didnt see a shuttle upon arrival but did the next day. It was a van that I still never saw at the airport with a small paper taped to the window with the hotel name. They should have warned us that it wasnt a true shuttle. Picture attached to avoid issue again

Convenient stay when flights were delayed then re-scheduled. Quick drive from airport to hotel. Excellent on-time shuttle service. White Spot restaurant on site. 24 hour coffee variety available in lobby. Comfy room and bed, with fridge in room and microwave in lobby. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to provide assistance when I left an item behind. Highly recommend.

We had a good time. Place is clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. We use the hotel to sleep and rest so we weren't looking for 5 stars. Give me a good bed, clean badroom, non smoking room and I'm fine. Stay there, you won't regret.

Very clean and great access to transit. Room was great and the food was great at the white spot in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and had great pillows. Only comment was that towels supplied were very small for showering. Will stay here every time in the future as shuttle to airport is great.

I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They greeted us promptly and offered us breakfast vouchers as soon as we were checked in as well as suggested shuttle service booking for our trip to the airport. The Hotel is located close to the airport so it’s not a long shuttle ride to get checked in to freshen up. It is easily accessible to Uber. There is a White Spot restaurant on location for breakfast and other meals with great food, wonderful, cheerful staff as well.

On the corner of a busy intersection in a manufacturing district with confusing entrances yet its surprisingly clean and bright inside with cheerful staff. The rooms are basic and parking is tight (theres a daily fee) but clean and fuctional. There is a White Spot Restaurant in the hotel. Nothing within close walking distance but lots within a short drive. I'd stay here again.

Stayed one night before flying out - close to the airport with free shuttle service. Room was spacious and clean - odd they remodeled the showers with absolutely no place to put your toiletries except the floor. Area seems sketchy but was safe - we took a long walk away from the airport with no issues. Restaurant within the Hotel was ok.

Not sure how they made this a BW plus hotel as there was nothing plus about it! Although there was a fridge, it would have been difficult to eat in as there was no kitchen facilities as there had been in other BW plus hotels we had stayed in. Staff were very helpful. No comfy chairs to sit in. Only plus was it was 8 minutes from the airport. No shopping facilities in a very down market area. Not the best!

Airport pickup was good. Every 30 minutes. Very nice young man. Hotel looked and smelled clean. We got in late so very little road noise until the morning , very busy road out front. Was not a problem at night. Unless you want to sleep in it’s fine. We did not use restaurant but it looked very nice. We used the hotel for sleep and a shower. And it was fine for that. We would stay here again. Felt safe and clean.

The listing states that they have a “free airport shuttle – rare find in Vancouver”. I thought about that as the many other hotel shuttles came and went while we waited. I tried to call the property on my own phone and the airport phone and never had anyone answer after a half hour on hold. When the shuttle did show up, more than once, it was full of people from the international terminal”. The poor driver said that he had to explain over an over that he was full. After the second time he came by, full of people and 2 hours waiting, we had to take a taxi. This place is off the beaten path with not much around it, especially on Sunday. When we went back to the airport, the new driver said they would get their normal bus back on the next day. Everyone working at the hotel was nice but like many places today, overworked. Side note, they are too close to the airport for any Lyft or Uber diver to accept the assignment.

The staff was not very pleased when she was told that the shower curtain was dirty and smelly that needed to be changed , the outside of the hotel is tracherous to drivers or pedestrians ie no space for stopping being so close th the highway, the shuttle driver was rude and would not wait for my wife even though I was on time and told him to wait for just 1 more minute and he left anyway. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone even though they advertise being 2 miles away from the airport

Hotel looked like it was overdue for a renovation. Because everything was so old and banged up it did not feel especially clean. The staff were not super friendly or welcoming either, looked bored and hospitality was just not great. But it did the job for a one night stay near the airport. Free shuttle service was the main reason I picked it.

Difficult to give a great review as we intended to utilize it for an elderly couple to sleep and keep our luggage between a cruise and flight departure of 10 hours, didn’t use the bed so can’t comment on comfort of bed or pillows . Check in service was great, we got there early and the receptionist Inderee ( I think was her name ) did her best to prioritize us to get an early check in at 11 am.otherwise they did allow us to just take up the lobby . Free shuttle to the airport which was great, it’s only 5 min drive . Restaurant White spot on site has good food and average price .
