It was an OK hotel, not great, heater would not shut off at the set temperature, it just ran all night so the room became hot and stifling. I just turned it off and that helped. The hot breakfast was pretty weak, but the staff was friendly.

Everyone was really nice, and the room were pleasant. The airport transfer is really convenient. We also quite enjoyed the breakfast. It was a hot breakfast with plenty of options!

Very conveniently located near the center of the city. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good. There is a park near the accommodations where we were able to walk our dog to in the mornings. There was some construction going on next door that was a bit louder in the mornings, but it did not really bother us too much. The check in/out process was very fast and easy and the service was great. The pet fee is a bit steep if your stay is overnight or only for a few days since it accounts for a whole week ($100 + tax) - we were there for only two nights. But we would stay there again if we visit SLC due to the service, convenience and comforts.

It was a great place to stay with grandkids in an area of Salt Lake I’m not fond of. McDonald’s right next door—kids loved that. Nice pool. It’s easy to access—not like most downtown salt lake hotels. Definitely would stay there again.

I was greeted and given the option to upgrade. When I got in my room it smelt musty and wasn't the greatest smell. The hotel is a great hotel, but they need to upgrade so you can plug hour charges into the wall or lamps without having to move everything.

Bathtub was amazing. It was huge and I do mean huge. We were in a king bed room. bed was really comfortable. Close to alot of stuff. we missed breakfast so can't commit on it. I will definitely stay there again

I only stayed for one night, but the service at the reception desk was warm and friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I got a suite with a jetted tub to relax, and it was very clean and inviting. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness was because there were some french fries in the heater that were Visible. They would’ve been easy to fish out and mostly just made me laugh, but maybe someone else would be more bothered by that. Overall, a really great stay and great value for the spaciousness, comfort and service. And the free brisk breakfast buffet as well! Would definitely return.

Quick check-in and even quicker check-out. Staff were friendly throught my stay. Room was large, with comfy bed, overall very clean. Pool and sauna was available, but didn't check these out. Breakfast was simple, but hearty. Good location. Would definitely return.

My stay with Crystal Inn was an absolute nightmare. Hotel staff was rude and unprofessional, offered to make accommodations to extend my stay and then refused to honor what they had promised, even after I had paid in full immediately for the stay. They provided no reason as to why they refused to allow me to extend as they had previously promised, and then refused to give me a refund. I was forced to check out with no explanation, while they proceeded to keep my money. I will never stay at Crystal Inn again. Save yourself the trouble and stay literally ANYWHERE else. There are far better options all around this area.

This place was fantastic. The rooms were insanely clean, and everyone was super helpful. The sheets and blankets were so soft and comfortable. There's an opportunity to provide more choices in the breakfast, but a hot breakfast is still a great benefit. The location is great for getting anywhere in the city, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The bathroom products could be graduated to more environmentally friendly products, and lotion would have been nice, as dry as it is. Overall, fantastic stay. Thank you!

Mike, front desk, was wonderful at check in. Fast and accommodating. We were exhausted and just needed a bed. Only had a few hours to sleep before we had to get going. I thought the breakfast was great I only wanted toast and coffee but had I wanted a little more, I thought the variety was good.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms are large with extra blankets and pillows. The rooms are showing some age but overall it is a nice, clean place to stay with a great breakfast.
