The hotel on the main level is beautiful, it gives holiday movie look, the room on the other hand is a disappointment, it needed an upgrade from the stains on the rug to the chipped up furniture, the bathroom could use some attention around the seal as the water kept leaking out on to the floors.

Hotel was beautiful, room was clean and more then expected

Room furniture particularly desk and end tables for bed qere in poor condition. Desk was like it was going to fall apart. The lamp near bed was broken. Walls were highly.marked up by colored furniture and looked very dirty.

Beautiful place to stay and wonderful for getting to a show at the Fox and not having to fight Atlanta traffic to leave after a show. Great service, clean room, very beautiful experience!

Great stay. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect.
Hotel stays in constant contact through 2 way text message.
Walk to Georgia Tech or restaurants.
Neighborhood was safe to walk day and night

The Georgian Terrace is a beautiful hotel on the outside, but the rooms need significant renovation. The carpets are filthy, the shower curtain was dingy, and the furniture was too large for the room.

It was very nice

We had a slight miscommunication about parking cost.
Be advised it is $45 to self park and $55 to valet on property. Someone with the reservation team did provide us with another price but was mistaken.
We also were initially put in a full size (bed) apartment. We booked a king. We went back to the lobby and the receptionist was able to correct the error & got us into the room we booked.
The staff was kind. The room was clean. The view was gorgeous. We will absolutely stay here again.

The door has been kicked in sometime in the past and we were unable to lock the extra lock on the door. We reported it when we left. The shower floor could use bleach. Lots of it.

The property looks impressive and the lobby area is quite big and bright. Rooms on the other hand are old and need sprucing up.
The room does not have a refrigerator! The room is sparsely furnished and seems empty. The table tops are chipped. Our room had a long lobby to get to the bathroom (see picture).
The bathroom is spacious but you can see caulking coming off. The soap dispenser in the shower is placed at a height that can be difficult for children to access.
There was a wedding in the hotel and the music welcoming the bride and the groom was very loud. Guests could have been warned as it was very unexpected.
The hotel is good for its location but otherwise a bit disappointing!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great section of Midtown. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had was the wait for the elevators. Seems like maybe only one of them was working.

This was my first time staying at the Georgian Terrace even though I’ve been in the Atlanta Metropolitan area most of my life. It was a very nice accommodation and a good business meeting.

This is an excellent hotel. Normally, I have zero complaints. On this trip, however, we reserved a studio suite with King bed. We got a queen instead. Also, the TV in the sitting area had sound, but no picture. Everything else was top notch and excellent, but the smaller bed and non-functional TV were big disappointments.

Great experience but rooms could use some updating. Great location across from the Fox Theater and easy walk to Georgia Tech football stadium. Enjoyed the restaurants on the property. Looked like a good place for a wedding.

Unfortunately, our stay was only for one night, but we will certainly be back again. We thought the property, its location and staff were all excellent.

It was nice. Wish the kitchen had basic necessities and that the Ice Machine worked.

I went for a weekend stay, because of a concert at Fox theater, just across the street, extremly convinient. Room was big, clean, loved all about the hotel.

I was put into a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful, especially since I had reserved just a regular room!

Liked spacious beautiful rooms, big comfy beds, tv in each room & living room.Liked property design and unique building/views.Disliked pool closed, kitchen with no pots/pans,silverware, paper towels and broken microwave.Parking was too expensive and breakfast coffee was $6.Staff was very friendly and helpful.some of the wood was sliding on floor. It was great to have a washer/dryer/dishwasher, but there was no soap or on-sitt store to get soap for any of these.

This was an excellent hotel. The rooms are great and so is the location.

Our stay was perfect! The location was great and allowed us to be close to the Fox Theatre, dining, etc. The coffee house next door was a plus and allowed us to grab a quick breakfast. The room set up worked well for my daughter and myself. Lastly, but definitely not least, were the outstanding individuals that work here. They were all so kind every time we were greeted and they were especially nice to my daughter during her birthday celebration. Thank you for everything from check-in to check-out!

I had a one bedroom suite. Large spacious. Tons of closet space.
I wish the night tables were closer to the bed. You have to get to out of bed to iuse. Also privacy shades in bedroom rather than living room would have been more appropriate Would have loved a mini fridge

Check-in was on Wednesday, 8/28/2024. There was some issue with the hotel's credit card machine as my payment had to be split between two separate transactions. The lady ahead of us had a similar issue.
On Sunday, 9/1/24, in the morning, my roommate and I had to complain to the front desk to get any sort of clean up service. We had literally run out of towels. How did it take three nights for this to be rectified?
As for the room, it was a mixed bag. Just outside of it in the hallway was a dead cockroach one day, so gross. The bed was admittedly very comfy and the pillows are soft yet firm. But only of the lights worked and three of the switches seemed to do nothing at all. The walls are surprisingly thin, with it being easier than expected to hear the hotel guests on either side of the room.
The bathroom had no exhaust/fan. Both switches turned on a light that lit up the whole thing. The sink never gave out warm/hot water, no matter how long one would wait for the tap to change. The shower pressure is a joke, at best. Very pitiable amount is released at barely a drizzle. It is one of the worst showers I have ever experienced.
For the price point, this should have been a much better deal. The only real bright spot is the cafe just outside and in front of the facility; the Buffalo Bayou is delicious and run by the incredible Tami. But even her great baked goods and lattes are not worth staying here.
This is an abysmal hotel that is not worth its price on any level.

Probably my favorite hotel in this area. You get a lot of features for the money, the staff is nice and professional and the property is really clean and issue free.

I booked this hotel cause it was not a DragonCon hotel and it was away from the hustle and bustle of DragonCon, but was still close enough to DragonCon. I called and told them multiple times I wanted to split the check and that I was coming in very late from the airport. My friend got charged the whole stay, and again I told them we wanted to split the check, they told me they could only do that at check-out. Then the next morning we found out their was no free breakfast, so we went to buy groceries. Well, they have no fridge or microwave, so I asked about both twice, they said they'd bring them when they came available. Well 2 nights later, after I went shopping at the venders hall, I get a call from my friend telling me they lied to us they have a full kithen hidden away to the right of the room door, plus the next day we found out the microwave was broken and all the applianceswere as old or older than us (we were born in1993). So next day we got compensation for that and them not listening to us about splitting the check. All in all it was a decent stay, but only just.

I felt that this property was exceptional for the price and the restaurant was perfect. I could walk to the hospital and I was very comfortable.
