It’s best out of available around ! Recommended will stay again

Location location location Vaulted ceilings Easy access Nice layouts of penthouse double room

Deposit policy of $250 Parking fees of $13.50 Really effects if you are using debit card and it has to come back within a week Also management said that card iam paying with has to match my id What if iam using family or company card and they didnt allow me to use so I had to use my personal one Also i have a credit card that has my old name before I legally changed it and they didnt accept it

I was disappointed but didn’t have a choice but to stay.

I did like the area where the hotel was located. I just should have been informed about the hotel set up as far as no elevators.

Stairs no elevator to accommodate my mobility issues and not enough parking for disabled people such as myself.

It was good but could have been better!!

The location was excellent and it was accessible to downtown!

When one of the attendants was on her break, she ignored 2 guests standing at the counter and I was one of them. She didn’t even acknowledge us at first until I asked her why was she still sitting down! She stated that she was on break and that the other worker would help us shortly! I think she should have waited until the other worker got there first before she took her break! Is just standing there, seeing her sitting down eating was not professional at all! Also there was hair in the shower on the wall! I have a big stickler for hair on the floor, bathtub, sink or toilet when I’m in the bathroom!

I enjoyed my stay. Will visit again

I like how the rooms mimic apartments. I like the handicap accessibility with shower. I’m inlove with the ice maker in the freezer.

I had a deposit but the site I book through told me I didn’t have one so an unexpected cost..

It was horrible

Staff goes in your room while u are gone. Do not disturb sign does not matter to the cleaning ladies will go in. the manager Lillyanna will call you at 830am trying to charge your card. Place left me feeling violated.

The staff harassed me at 8:00am (Lillianna or Lilyanna ) Tried to charge me smoking fee when I specifically requested no service just towels. When I left Someone entered my room when I was gone.

The staff makes me uncomfortable and I feel unsafe. Ill never rent again and every one I know and social media will know. Marriot is unsafe they search your personal things.

Comfortable functional room space

The room was very functional. Well thought out room space. The fact that it had a pool and a gym.. even though gym was rather small.

Breakfast wasn't great, although it was complimentary.

The size of the room for the price. Breakfast options were good.

It was a great stay to accommodate my big family and it was great for the kids. The kitchen saved us money and the pool

The amenities and location were ideal.

Parking was limited and the air was out in the first unit we had and we were also missing cookware, but the host at the front desk fixed it very quickly.

The thing i liked the most, is the kitchen and all of the working appliances. Also free of noise, i was able to relax and get some rest. Very clean and comfortable. Nice stay, i would definitely come back in the future.

both rooms we reserved were not in working order. one had a plbimg leak and the other, the TV didnt work…office ataff were not friendly

Would have given a higher rating but the overwhelming cigar scent took away a perfect experience

Breakfast was really good and the attendants were very personable, Front desk staff were very professional and friendly.

The scent in the room was overwhelming from cigar and cigarette smoke. The smoke was so much that it was very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. It was surprising considering that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Would have asked to change to another room but we arrived at 12:00 a.m. for check-in and had a very early morning appointment. Need to fumigate rooms.

Would stay again,but hoping for improved experience from Management/Corporate since it's a Marriott

Location, the space of the sweet, the cleanliness of the outside areas

The bathroom was dirty (shower curtains, mirrors, and underneath the toilet seat). The oven was dirty along with dishes in cabinet (not just water spots). The door on our sweet didn't lock/close properly without turning the handle multiple times (annoying). Some parts of the room need maintenance (don't forget fireplace gate that's holding on for dear life). The stairways leading to the upper suites could use some paint. The upstairs bathroom shower in our suite didn't drain properly (you must shower in your dirt or use the lower level shower). Charging customers to park one vehicle is Ludacris... you should only charge to park if parking multiple vehicles @ property. PARKING SHOULD BE FREE WITH PARKING PASS GIVEN for one vehicle. Love the fact that the property is well Lit during the nighttime hours!! Lastly was told security deposit is $100 a night but was charged $250 (125) a night by the lady with facial hair (very nice lady though) not sure if she's aware of the cost! Hope I get my deposit returned in a timely fashion so I don't have to contact corporate regarding the above!
