Greatest stay of a hotel we have had

Me and my family loved the service and hospitality. Will most definetly be coming back to the Westin for another stay in the upcoming future.

Beautiful view

Friendly staff

We came back in the middle of the day found our door open and no forewarning. The maintenance claims they were replacing our phone??? Not sure why we never complained about the phone they looked crazy because we had door locked they kept knocking i thought it to be weird we looked around hall saw a couple of other doors to be opened as well. We checked all our stuff nothing was missing yet still not right…

It serve the purpose but wasn’t worth the price

I had somewhere to sleep and didn’t have bed bug. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and there was some in the shower.

The hallways was run down from buggies hitting the walls, we had a place where a fridge was suppose to be but there wasn’t one and we was depending on it for our drinks. It was very loud around 3am to 4am from people partying in their rooms. Just was a little expensive for what we got unless you party.

Room Review

- the bed was very comfy. - spacious room - view was spectacular - ac wasn't working went to front desk they had someone up immediately and fixed it.

the small shower head piece had mold on it do didn't get to use that part. but overall nice shower.

Was OK but my check out all the hotels in the area

It’s centralized in the middle of Atlanta

The carpet smelled really bad in and out of a hotel and the outside by the lobby, the rooms need to be updated. The furniture is old and dated and scraped and dented.

Beautiful view of the city from our room

The room smelled like throw up. The counter tops did not seem clean. We found a laptop bag in our closet and we took it down to the front desk. The person we spoke to did not seem to believe us.

My stay wasn’t horrible they just have a lot of flaws. Why not have one elevator to access ground.

I liked that the hotel was clean.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for valet or park down the street. I didn’t like that you could hear everything in the next room. I didn’t like that you had to use 2 separate elevators just to get to the ground floor.

Trust me, you're gonna love it! Great views!!

The staff is amazing, valet, the check-in staff, the staff at Bar 210, the young lady at the Sundial desk, every one we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, with great views. The bed was super comfortable. Myself and my family visiting loved everything.

Loved everything but was disappointed that we didn't get to see the observation deck. Online, it said open until 10p. We made it at 9:12p and we're told they stop at 9p. Maybe we'll catch it next time. I still highly recommend it.

Stunning and comfortable

The property is stunning , we were on the 65th floor and the views did not disappoint. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and we were also greeted with a fresh plate of fruit which was such a lovely bonus. The staff were fantastic, quick, polite and helpful. Would strongly recommend this location

The room and the clerk that assisted us was amazing. Hotel is close to alot of attractions.

The rest was all good

Could not get comfortable in bed, and could not adjust thermasstate. Sun dial restaurant was nice and romantic, but burnt ends appetizer was hard and over cooked and medium rare ribeye was sent back twice. 1st overcooked to MW and 2nd rare.

Nice staff and lobby but rooms could be cleaner and it's way too noisy.

Too noisy. Could hear what sounded like vacuuming in the rooms next to me all night. Barely got any sleep.

I will be back

The place was amazing. Very comfortable. I loved the shower and the view was amazing. Sundial restaurant is on the top floor (75th floor) for more views.

That there’re wasn’t an ice maker on the floor. I had to go to the bar for a bucket of ice.

Beautiful view, heavenly bed!

I was very glad the Westin honored my request for a high floor. We were able to watch dozens of fireworks shows.

There wasn’t much furniture on level 6 of the lobby. We used to enjoy drinking our coffee and people watching from the 6th floor. Perhaps they are working on replacing it.

Microwave in all room’s would make the stay 100 times better..

The fact that there’s no microwave to warm up the food I walked to go get is a big problem…

disappointing, won't be returning.

the bed and the room

the facility parking was very hard to figure out, and front desk was super attendant awkward. Some alarm went off in the middle of the night and I struggled to figure out if I needed to evacuate. that made it next to impossible to sleep following the event. to top it off there is not complementary breakfast, and what they do have is crazy expensive. definitely not staying there for another work trip.

Decepcionante , esperaba mas de este hotel.

Las vistas desde la habitacion eran muy buenas, nos ha tocado el piso 36.

Al ser un hotel tan grande, 73 pisos y mas de 1000 habitaciones el aire acondicionado pareceria no poder abastecer a todos. Las habitaciones bastante descuidadas. Las alfombras de los pasillos deterioradas.

I unfortunately wouldn’t book here again

The Starbucks was convenient

The customer service at the check in desk was awful. I’m not sure his name and don’t want to get anyone in trouble but he was so incredibly rude and made me feel as if I didn’t know anything at all. Could of just been a bad day for him but it was so incredibly awkward and I couldn’t hear him over the background noise so when I asked him to repeat he gave me that clear “I’m annoyed with you” look. A staff member barged into our hotel 3 hours before check out, didn’t knock just said “omg I’m sorry!” And ran out. The rooms were moldy smelling and the bathroom was dirty. Really ruff stay.
