Hotel staff lied, and didnt follow their own guidelines.
Politely asked FOUR TIMES, across 5 hours to please have my room cleaned to the person behind the desk.
Showed up that night. Room had not been touched.
Terrible service with room cleanings, snd nonexistant breakfast.

Claim that they have had recent renovations but that’s not accurate. Hotel lobby and rooms were awful. Dirty rugs and sheets. Couldn’t stay there and sadly they couldn’t understand why. Had 2 rooms but they only refunded one. Never again
Hotel.com tried but best they would do is offer a $25 credit for a future stay, like that’s gonna happen.

We got a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed because there were 3 of us going on the trip. The king size bed was VERY comfortable. The sofa bed was not really comfortable, but a lot of sofa beds are not. We were running late for checking in and all I needed to do was call and tell them and they were very friendly.
I love that they have an eco-friendly cleaning option. We stayed 3 nights and we were able to only have them come clean the room when we checked out.
3.3
Adequate for short stays.

The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The shower was terrific! Great pressure and HOT! Our biggest issue was the TV. Nothing on the guide matched the channels. The only thing we could do was click from one channel to the next. And even the info on the screen on each channel didn't match the show. Very annoying. Breakfast was pretty good.
3.3
No tea bags. Only coffee is choice for breakfast. Cleaning service not every day.
3.3
Quiet and the staff was respectful of our privacy.

Carpet on 2nd floor was Disgusting just very dirty

Hotel, sheets and towels were dirty and worn. Air conditioning barely worked and staff was more concerned with socializing then making sure breakfast was hot and stocked. Way over priced for the condition and not only do I not recommend it but I’ll never stay again.

When i asked for something they were right there.

To be completely honest this hotel was disgustingly dirty. When we got there to check in it was around midnight. Upon entering our room there were sticks from what looked like corndogs on the floor, sand in the bottom of the bathtub, dirty plastic cups on the floor kind of under the tv stand area, and there was some kind of small torn-up garbage all over the carpet. There was actually hair in the towels that were folded up and left for us as clean towels. All the other hotels were booked due to Lollapalooza so we had no option to leave. I went to the front desk and told him it was super dirty. He said he would have someone clean it the next day. In the morning I went to the front desk and asked the woman working if she could have it cleaned and told her how dirty it was. She said she would have it cleaned before we got back. The room was better when we got back, they even changed the shower curtain because the first one was so dirty and had hair embedded in it. The floor was vacuumed and the corndog sticks were thrown away, but the dirty plastic cups were still sticking out from under the tv stand thing. The black-out curtain had holes torn all over it as well. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I think the LaQuinta hotel brand would be mortified if they knew this hotel was representing their name. Do not stay here.

Carpet old, shower drains not working properly, place looks untidy, continental breakfast no choices. Only eggs available for protein no meat

the images online do not match the actual hotel. It is unclean, carpets are stained, smellls bad. My daughter who is 15 refused to stay here and the person working did not / was not able to authorize a refund when asked. I had to wait for a manager who was not on staff or coming in until the next day. I will say the person on staff did get ahold of me that night and inform me he talked to the manager and would issue me a full refund.

The room was good, but the carpet was not clean. The carpet in the main corridor was very dirty. The breakfast was ok and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good Pricing

Old, worn decor. No real concern for the guest. A sense of scrimping and saving to make a profit.
3.3
Dated. Dark.

All i can say is go somewhere else and amd enjoy your money and time

Did not look like Expedia pics.

I was charged for two nights and I only stayed one night. I left in the morning well before check-out time. Now I am trying to get my money back from the over charge.

I didn’t like that I had black hair in my shower. And the stain on my carpet in my room…

Overall is good

I liked that La Quinta was the least expensive name brand hotel in this area with tons of parking even for large RVs and trucks. I thought the bed was clean and comfortable.
I didn't like the old furniture, carpets and lights. Nor did I appreciate the gym which only had a pair of mismatched dumbbells on the floor and a couple treadmills. The complementary breakfast consisted of three brands of cold cereal, an assortment of yogurts, fresh oranges and apples, make your own waffles, scrambled powdered eggs, white toast and coffee. The coffee was good, the eggs and toast were tolerable. Overall a disappointing experience which I guess is characteristic of a two-star hotel. I moved out this morning to stay at a nearby three star for the next three nights. Staying at La Quinta taught me a lesson and I will never again reserve the least expensive hotel.

We were surprised by the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Once we got to the room it was fine. No smoky smell.
The room was very nice, the bed was great, the shower was good. The in room TV was a 32-42 inch new TV.
The staff were pretty laid back.
The breakfast was not the best. They had a waffle maker, their scrambled eggs were not very appetizing. There wasn’ any orange juice available.
3.3
Not a place to take the family. I counted at least 3 meth/crack heads wandering the front entry and halls. Definitely slept with one eye open. Staff was friendly. Place looked worn but not necessarily long term dirty.
3.3
No soap provided in bathroom sink area which is located outside the bathroom.
3.3
They are trying hard to update.

This property was older but it was good enough for the rate. I was there for 5 days and askee to get my room cleaned at day 3 and they told me that they didn't have the staff to do it. Staff was subpar not customer-centric.
3.3
First off, there are far too few options in the free breakfast and they don't keep it well-stocked. There are holes punched in the blackout curtain, which also looks grungy. Also, this is one of those hotels that inexplicably put the only sink outside of the bathroom. I could hear the guests directly above me, especially at 4 am one morning. But the room was clean and the people who worked there all seemed nice, even when the computer system went down my first day there. And it was cheap, and the hotel is conveniently located beside I 55. So, it's fine at the price.
3.3
Pretty decent

The property was quiet and the room was comfortable. The TV was messed up when I got there, and the staff promptly fix the issue.

Room service was bad ...front desk did a great job

Our recent stayleft us deeply disappointed and frustrated. We accidentally left three stuffed animals/pillows in our room, which were incredibly important to our 4-year-old son. Upon realizing this, we called the hotel multiple times and were put on hold each time. We were told to call back a week later because they were unaware of lost and found procedures.
Desperate to retrieve the toys, we drove back to the hotel after an hour of travel. Despite explaining the situation and emphasizing the importance of these items to our child, we were met with indifference and told that nothing was found.
This entire experience has been a major letdown. Our son is heartbroken, and the lack of empathy and assistance from the hotel was disheartening. We expected better customer service and accountability. We won't be returning and we can't recommend it to others.
3.3
Stuff's didn't clean or make proper bed after leaving for the day, towels not replace, trash can not replace, room little smell.

Where do I begin hmmm so I stayed a total of 28 days at the Willowbrook IL location. The breakfast lady was very friendly and all but one individual upfront at the front desk. My major issue was that this hotel on numerous times decided to randomly charge my card even though I already paid. And now my acct is over drawn and the gentlemen upfront is in complete denial told me ohh that was a security charge smh WHAT A WEEK LATER
