Where to start. The room was dirty. One minute walking on the floor and our feet were terrible. We all had to wash our feet before getting into the beds that felt like they were missing their springs. The lights in the room didn't work,only one light In the living area did. I think this is a hotel for wayward people because they were everywhere smoking weed. EVERYWHERE,and they were up all night doing it ,talking loud ,and partying. People were yelling in front of the hotel and behind it all night. The grounds outside were nasty,wet and unkempt. The laundry room light did not work,so we had to use a flashlight on our phone to see how to wash. We felt unsafe here. The next morning,we woke up at six to get the heck out. As I was laying in the bed a roach bug crawled onto the mattress. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ft Bragg,pass this place up unless you just want to throw your money away. The one positive was the lady up front in the evening shift. She was great

You get what you pay for. It was a simple room. The walls had some marks on them. The bed was clean and the tv worked just fine. It was much of an empty room as not much furniture filled it. The staff at the desk was friendly. Their personalities seemed outgoing and energetic. If you’re on a budget, this is probably the best spot in town.

Disappointing coz this hotel was recommended by someone and the reviews said it was good but didn’t deliver. There is no fridge and i was told that a guest Must have taken it to a different room when it says fridge and microwave in all the rooms no blow dryer and there was only One piece of small soap provided. I felt so embarrassed to my friends for choosing this accommodation thinking it would be a great place to stay to celebrate my birthday. The railings of the balcony is dilapidated and unsafe. Never gonna recommend this place and won’t ever stay again

Spend more money and do not stay at this hotel. We stayed here for a jr league football game.This place is run down and along with questionable characters, there are shipping containers in the parking lot that are regularly used by the staff. The hotel shares the same parking lot with a bar that has late night karaoke and strobe lights. The indoor pool is out of service. The amenities in the room included soap. Coffee available in the lobby at seven am. The stairs going to the 2nd floor are sketchy at best, and I was concerned that if I stood on a step with my 7-year-old child, it would fall through. The room had an awful smell which I would only seem to recognize as some type of illegal substance. The dude on the balcony smoking was actually a relief, so I didn't have to smell the substance with my children, if you can actually call thay at a relief. The bedding was clean, but the floor was not. There was hair and crumbs underneath the beds visible from sitting on the adjacent bed. We were offered a downstairs room but was told the the bathroom window was broken basically leaving us susceptible to a security breach next to a seedy bar. After the game, we returned and cable tv was off. I had my kids shower with their flipflops on after football and put them to bed, watching disney plus on my cell. The best part of the stay was packing the car and leaving at 6am. Don't do it.

Floor was never cleaned when we checked in. The pool was closed without any notice and we stayed there for that sole purpose. Toilet barely flushed and clogged. Worker was pleasant but the hotel needs some cleaning and updates to bare essentials.

I was willing to try it out but the moment we arrived I immediately wanted to check out. There was hair on the toilet apart, ground, and shower. There was cigarette butts on the ground. There was stuff on the walls I don’t even want to know what it was and it smelt foul.

Property is located next to a bar that is extremely noisy and doesn’t close till 1:45 AM. Drunk patrons make it feel extremely unsafe. Room was dirty and the beds are terrible and need to be replaced

Horrible service upon check in, room was not clean completely and there was not blankets, called office was told I need to come down and get them, was handed in very thin throw blanket. The savory charters hanging out by the grill/bar on the parking lot and consonant what I can assume was drug sales, made me feel incredibly unsafe. The condition of the property with walk ways and stairs falling apart or closed all together making it hard to even access your room.

The room was super dirty it looked like only the bed was made and it reeked of cigarettes, in a non-smoking room! I didn’t even want to step into the bathroom there was still trash in the floor and the counters were not wiped down

We chose this motel due to limited availability in the area, and after our stay, it became clear why that was the case. Pros: * Convenient location, just a 5-minute drive from Glass Beach. * Rooms was spacious but not well structured. Cons: * The on-site diner was loud, and there were concerning activities, including a police visit late at night. * Limited parking forced us to park on the street.The staircase near our room was damaged, so we had to carry our luggage a longer distance. * The walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and TV from the neighboring room. * Overall, the atmosphere felt unsafe.

Bathroom window broke out, duct taped piece of plexiglass. Felt unsafe had to rig it for safety. Cannot walk on floor barefoot. Front bed frame broke under mattress. Other rooms upstairs avail. But I have bad knee. Stairs are hard. Needs upgrade on beds. Full hotel

Absolutely FILTHY. Disgusting. Those floors haven’t seen a broom or mop in a year. The outside is falling apart. The inside has mold, the floors torn up. Dirt ALL OVER THE WALLS. I’m filing a complaint. $560 is ridiculous for TRASH.

The good news is the room was clean, except for a major any issue. They allow dogs. The bad news is there's not parking on-site, the area around the motel is not well cared for. The stairs were broken which made it difficult to load and unload and take our dogs to potty

We stayed at this property because of their indoor pool. When we checked in the pool was closed! We reserve two rooms. They had a computer record of only one room. They had his weight 15 minutes for the manager to show up at the property to verify our room. After waiting for 20 minutes the manager called and said she would be there in 1 hour and we should wait! We decided to go out to dinner and ask them to straighten it out while we were gone. They did not.

Zero parking. Pool was closed. Bar attached to the motel has loud music playing. Apparently there are several families actually living here at the motel. The beds were broken down and had trash in them.

The place smells bad, like mold. And the bathroom shower was gross. There was still hair on the bottom on the showers floor. I didnt even stayed the night there. I went back to the front desk and informed them that i will not be staying there.

Bugs everywhere, there was a layer of dust on the toilet, night stands and counter . The shower was so gross I had to wear shoes in it. If I didn’t pull in at 2:00am exhausted from driving all day I would have asked for a refund. Please avoid this hotel if you don’t want to be bit by bugs in the middle of the night.

I've stayed here in the past and it was ok for a cheap motel, but it's falling apart now. The bed was hard, the pillows were flat. No extra toilet paper. And we couldn't sleep because other guests made noise and slammed doors all night long.. if you're looking for cheap but still need to sleep go somewhere else.

The room was outdated. Did not give shampoo and body wash even when asked them. The outside of building look horrible and unclean. Needs new updates to the whole place. The pool and spa was close because of maintenance for it, in which we paid for and did not disclose that online. Not worth the money for it.
