Well, upon arriving the manager and front desk staff were sitting outside in their phones and talking and I’m all for people relaxing however when a guest is coming in you should get up and go inside not have the guest wait 5 min. The parking is a free for all.. there was a moving truck that parked in 5 spots and we asked them to move it as we had a truck with a car on a trailer the manger went out and acted as if my husband just didn’t know how to park a truck. Then in the morning there was a 6 passenger van with a trailer blocking the exit I felt bad for the front desk having to get that person to move the van because of the manager would have just had the moving truck move the night before this would have not happened. The bed was super comfy but there was a lot of noise coming from the air conditioner. I would more than likely not stay here again.

Front desk staff weren’t able to pull over my prepaid booking. Expedia was able to help with this - thanks! Room was good - would definitely recommend a mattress pad as there was only a sheet between me and the mattress. Property is right off highway and easy for travel which was what we were looking for.

This property was a perfect place to stay! The staff was lovely, they were so wonderful with my puppy, and they were all full of smiles and professionalism!!! The breakfast hostess went out of her way and was above and beyond kind, cheerful, and helpful. They supply all shampoo, lotion, body wash, and hand wash. The beds are to die for!! I want one for home. Highly recommend!!!!

While this property had been renovated it was still lacking in cleanliness!! I had to surface clean everything and deep clean the bathroom before trying to relax!!! If I had brought a steam cleaner and mop I would’ve done the floors as well. Unfortunately I went through Expedia and had prepaid the room so we were stuck!!!! None of that will ever happen again to us! Live you learn will not ever be staying at this hotel again and would suggest others not to as well.

I stay at this hotel for 10 days and they only service my room ones and I asked for daily room service I would leave out of my room at 7am each morning for business and return in the evening to ZERO service my bedroom had ants in the bed and no one was ever at the front desk

During our three night stay our room was never cleaned. There were also items (opened potato chip bags) left in several drawers. We informed the front desk three times that no one had cleaned the room but the problem was never fixed during our stay. The manager did try to comp us for one night but was only able to give us 25,000 IGH points when a full night was 33,700. Kind of a mess all around and hope they fix it going forward but for now, can not recommend.

The amazing breakfast was an awesome surprise—I wasn’t expecting it. Also, having coffee and hot water available all day was wonderful! I additionally appreciated having two types of pillows (labeled, even!) to choose from. The dove body products in environmentally friendly containers was the icing on the cake!

The room was clean with the exception of a coffee pod left in the machine. The continental breakfast area was overcrowded with not enough seating. Breakfast started at 7AM and we were there at 7:30AM. The regular coffee was out and nobody filled it. The girl at the front desk was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt (super unprofessional) and had her boyfriend in the lobby on a bench in front of the front desk, also unprofessional.

The bathroom was not cleaned and desk and tv cabinet were dirty. Towels had been changed but sink, countertop and faucet had not been touched. Desk and tv cabinet has sticky smears on them from food.

The hotel was in nice condition. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. While I was at the front desk another guest had to ask for her shampoo dispenser in the shower to be filled. Stayed there twice in 2 different rooms. First room didn't seem clean, smelled dirty. Second room smelled clean and was in good condition. Surrounding area was filled with abandoned buildings and a noisy truck stop. The only nearby dining was Wendy's and Taco Bell. The refrigerator didn't work in the first room but was working fine in the second room. We had our dog with us and there was no pet area with grass for her. If we travel that way again, we would probably stay again. They are pet freindly and the beds are very comfortable.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was some mold or dirt in part of the grout around the tube. Also when I picked my room with the pictures I picked a handicap shower. We did not have a handicap shower. We had a tub. Luckily I did not end up needing it for my handicap mother. I even varied at the desk when we signed in and was told yes it was handicap shower. It was not!
