Near the highway on our route.

Hallway and stairwell smelled strongly of tobacco and marijuana smoke. Although our room was supposed to be non-smoking, it had the smell of stale smoke as if it had been smoked in at one time. The carpet around the air-conditioning unit was soaking wet. One of the beds had stains on the linens. Breakfast was so-so. A lot of people milling around late at night when we checked in, and making noise while we were trying to go to sleep.

Ability to bring our dogs. Everyone was so nice.

the staff at check in was very kind and helpful.

the property allows smoking rooms. although confined to a different floor our room was filled with the odor log cigarette smoke.

Superb

We love that they were pet friendly. It is so nice since we were traveling with our 2 GSP's. The staff welcomed them with a couple of dog treats. The hotel also had a very good breakfast in the morning for their guests. There was also a small litle bar connected to the hotel. Then right next door was Roosters restaurant so you did not have to travel too far for a full meal. The room was good and clean with no issues.

The only thing that was a little hard was the fact that there was not really a good area where we could take dogs to go to restroom.

The staff was friendly. Was glad they had a smoking section. I know people hate smelling tobacco. But us smokers are good people also. So it's nice to have a hotel that accommodates smokers. We are people that matter just as much as non smokers. Thank you Quality inn for being courteous to US!

Pleasant, though seemed over priced.

Breakfast was pretty good. Good selection, and hotel workers very attentive.

Though we had a non-smoking room, the halls carried a heavy smoke smell. Was a bit challenging to locate the hotel. Maybe better signage needed.

I wish I could have stayed a couple more days. The room #262, was really nice.

Everything was fine. The original room I booked was taken, so they upgraded me to a suite. Some kind of lack of communication between booking.com and the hotel. A win win for me.

Checked in late evening and the front desk member was wonderful- cheerful, informative and quick. Immediately felt comfortable after a long day of travel. Cheers to her great service!

Superb

The staff were great to work with. Even though there is a bar and there was a reception going on the way the building was laid out I didn't have to deal with or hear any of it. I was able to get some rest.

I was concerned about the side doors. With the craziness in the world today, the side door was unlocked when I got there that made me very concerned. I was happy to see when it did lock itself. I know at 10 pm it was unlocked and at 12:30 am it was locked. The only other thing was the hotel itself was dated.

location was convenient and room could have been nice

room was dirty-food splatters in microwave, rumpled bed, spare blanket balled up in a drawer. but the worst was coming home with bedbug bites. I reported to the staff, they took my name and took pictures, then told me they couldn’t refund any of my stay because I booked “third party.” now I have to pay out of pocket to get all of my luggage cleaned and make sure I don’t bring bugs into my home.
