the staff made all the difference and the cleanliness met our expectations

the gentleman at the desk was super kind and super helpful

that the windows don't open for fresh are.. allergy to chemical smells and the rooms do smell like thrift stores

OK but pricey

Comfortable and spacious room, nice bed. Decent breakfast—fresh fruit and pot of oatmeal (not instant) were appreciated.

Awfully expensive. For what we paid, I’d have expected real glasses, ceramic coffee cups, and a handheld wand in the shower. Also, cooling system was very noisy.

Great hotel for family or quiet time alone

The bed was super comfortable. The staff was helpful specially the young man that work the desk after 11pm. He fixed the problem with the tv and was super nice. The breakfast was hot and delicious.

After traveling for two weeks, we checked in at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Chillicothe, OH. We were cheerfully greeted and checked in efficiently. This hotel is outstanding in all respects--spotless, updated, welcoming. The breakfast was ready early, which we appreciated, since we had an early departure the next day. We highly recommend this hotel.

served it’s purpose for a stay over on a long road trip

the room was beautiful and clean. there are plenty places nearby to dine.

Front desk attendant was not very cordial. seemed a bit cold ams rude. I didn’t care that when I checked in she said “I will need to see Bobbie Beadle’s ID”. Well, I am sorry I am a female named Bobbie.

Very good

Clean room and comfortable beds. Nice pool area, and the hot tub was actually hot and a nice comfort after hiking. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was always friendly and welcoming.

Noisy. Sound seemed to travel into the room more than most hotels. But it could be we just had noisy neighbors.

First room not cleaned some type of slimy goo on desk.. Limited Handicapped parking and access..No Housekeeping First Day...No WIFI Unless you join some type of Hilton Club

Beds were hard and lumpy. Cobwebs all over the room. Lower towel rack was about to fall off of the wall. The toilet roll holder did fall off the wall. Rooms were not cleaned and no fresh towels.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is always delicious and my room and bed were very comfortable.

The only thing I can say is that the hot tub wasn’t as hot as it normally should be....just warm but not a real issue for me.
