Very friendly staff and for the whole 4 night stay we were very well looked after. Facilities fine and breakfast plenty to eat (charged extra). Perfect for walking 10 mins into town. Secure free parking was excellent.

Very clean Hotel with friendly courteous staff. Good location for Historical Centre (8-10 minute walk). Continental buffet breakfast was excellent - big choice and lots of it.

Room mostly clean although I did think the bathroom could have been cleaner. Pool area nice but was attacked by mosquitos within minutes so didn’t stay long! We didn’t take breakfast so I can’t comment. Aircon welcome and comfy bed

The hotel is so well situated in the centre of Bergerac and having a pool is excellent. The hotel garden area is so private and quiet: offering shaded seating. The rooms have air conditioning which makes such a difference. The staff couldn’t be more relaxed and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is in a good position near the town centre. I requested a quiet room, which we were given. The bed was very comfortable and bed linen good quality. The room was well cleaned before and during our visit. The garden and pool were an added bonus. Breakfasts had a good selection. The staff were all very friendly and Isabelle was also extremely helpful with all of my queries.

It was…fine. The rooms are clean-ish. They’ve whitewashed over the 1970s tiles. It seriously needs refurbishing. The pool (and they are clear about this in the small print) is only open from July which was pretty much the only reason I chose this hotel. It’s superbly located.

We have stayed here several times and love the location and convenient parking. This time we were disappointed. We booked a double room, which turned out to be very small. It was also next to the lift, which disturbed my sleep each time it was activated. It was a shame because the level of cleanliness and staff friendliness are superb.

The stay has been absolutely fantastic. The room condition was a bit meh but otherwise very comfortable and welcoming to a weary traveler. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a comfortable landing after a long journey!

Spent 4 nights here for a working visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke great English, the room although small was comfortable and clean with good Wi-Fi. breakfast was well presented and a good choice, enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very conveniently situated for the town centre. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was very scruffy, tired and in need of renovation. In particular the shower cubicle was mouldy and needed replacing.

Loved our stay here. We had 3 days in Bergerac and this hotel is located just outside the old town about 5 minute walk. Nice quiet area with the added bonus of having a pool so could have a dip at end of a warm day. Rooms were nice and clean and bed comfy. Had everything we needed. Coffee machine and kettle and fridge in room.

Stayed in feb.weather not so good but the hotel is fine and with in easy walking distance of centre , the historic centre and river. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A very french town.

Front desk was efficient, helpful, and nice. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom which had black mold in the shower and where the toilet bowl had brown calcium stains. The air conditioner did not work and there was little air circulation as a result.

Lovely one night stopover to accommodate flights that didn't align to the property swap-over dates for our 2 weeks in France. Great value room for 3 included fold out 'double' bed and a large king sized main bed in the same open space. Nice pool area, friendly reception, fab air-conditioning in the room. Situated in the middle of Bergerac town centre, restaurants aren't a problem. We used private parking around the back of the hotel for €8 - well worth it but arrive early!
