Big shout out to Jessica (Manager) and Esela for making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. They really took care of us, got us in early and made sure everything went smoothly. There local recomendations for food was spot on. They hotel is a dated and not in the best conditon. Besides that i would definitely recommend staying because if you have an issue staff will take care of it.

I really liked the place, the only downside was the very strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway .. when is supposed to be a non smoking facility. Other then that for a short stay is perfect

The room lacked all the amenities that are usual in an extended stay suites. No coffee maker, utensils or dishes in the kitchenette, hotel room was clean, the A/C was off, in 80 degree plus weather, room took hours (4hours) to cool to a comfortable temperature. The allege continental breakfast was non existent, there were 4 muffins, nothing else.

The breakfast they offer is the most basic thing I have ever seen. Terrible.

The place is nicely kept, clean and order but the staff are not friendly. One staff asked me if i am living there as i grab my morning coffee and i said i checked in last night but not with her though thats why she dont know but the way she asked the question is kinda off as if im stealing a coffee when they offer free breakfast. Also they tool 100$ deposit from Aug 15 stay and hasnt send me back yet. I checked in 10 pm and left 7 am next day. I have no desire to break or ruin anything to waste my 100$

Extended stay and Hotels.com I stay at this location someone booked this location without my knowledge and use my credit card without my knowledge. I reached out to both hotels.com and extend stay and not refund my money for something. I did not purchase them. This was fraud, but they were not reach out to speak to me via email or phone call regarding this matter and they still kept my $111 for not staying there

Waited thirty minutes just too check in once the lady came out of her office too check us in she ended charging us twice for each room which i don’t understand why she could do the room and tax security deposit instead of double charging us for two rooms she even said that the card was declining while money was being taken of our bank account

I was disappointed the pool was empty. I didn't discover this until after checkin. It should have been disclosed when booking that it was not open and available. This is the middle of summer in south florida. If a hotel lists a Pool as an amenity, it should be a functional pool. I do not consider a concrete hole an amenity.

Horrible experience. After being on the airport all day due to the global glitch we arrived at the hotel at 3am just to be told we cannot check in. The front desk agent didn't even speak English.

Parking is too far from doors. My friend and I are seniors and we did not feel safe coming in after dark because it is so far from the entrance.

Friendly staff. However we noticed that people hanging out in the parking area, leaving the doors open or prep open with objects, including this AM when we left at 5 AM, The area is not the best in town therefore the hotel security should be good.

So I will say my stay here was like bitter sweet. Initially my flight was delayed, my cousin was on the room also but not the primary so they were able to handle that for me and allow her to check us in and also not lose our reservation. I’m super grateful to Cindy who was awesome the whole trip, she gave us great places to visit, good options, just good customer service all together. Camilla was great also she is the manager and when I addressed my issues with her she was very engaged, very apologetic, and she compensated me for the inconvenience. This room was very affordable for a full week stay and I appreciate that as Miami is a major city. The staff was very pleasant even the woman who I will acknowledge in the not so pleasant parts of my stay.
The cons:
The smell, the carpet is old so the hallways, the stairways, and at times the rooms get very musty and it’s just a little nauseating especially upon initial arrival. The AC units also have a moldy/musty smell maybe they just need new filters or just updated units. The linens just always had hairs on them and on our first night I asked for linens and blankets and pillows for the pull out bed and they told me they didn’t have any. My tv was broken when I arrived and the pool was under “renovation”. I will say that Camilla made sure the tv was replaced and they were very fast and friendly also. Overall like I said bitter sweet if they replace that carpet and really fix the pool they would definitely be a go to.

The front desk staff did not really speak English which made it difficult asking questions. Was afraid to turn on the heater as it smelled as if it would catch on fire.

Internet failures were common over a 12 night stay, no airport shuttle, key cards failed daily despite not being kept near other cards, and front desk staff not always present when needed.
Rooms were comfortable, kitchenette a great convenience, plumbing and hot water worked well.
Breakfast is grab n go, nothing substantial.
For a great location and a hotel offeting suites for extended stays, I think many areas could be improved to inctlrease profitability and bookings! So much potential!

Staff acted like they couldn't be bothered, the pool area was closed to customers, but the staff was using it.

Booked for a 13 hour layover In Miami. Nothing special. Very basic accommodations. Not a very comfortable room. 2 rolling office chairs, basic bed, towel rack fell off the wall when I hung a washcloth after washing my face, bad water pressure, kids running around until about 1 am, furniture being moved around all night. Glad I didn’t have to stay more than a few hours

Pool was closed without proper explanation. If pool is closed then the rate should go down for that period.

Don’t stay here. There are plenty of other hotels near the airport that are better. The staff is extremely rude. Knocking on the door at 8:30am even though checkout is at 11, forcing entry into the room to do air conditioning cleanings. Never was told about this at check in or at all before they came to the door. You should not be disturbed in your room until check out time. Especially as strict as they are with no late check outs or early check ins. Ridiculous.
