Soo beautiful when the receptionist told us that we got an upgrade, we were really grateful the room was really beautiful and really spacious. We really loved our room. I wish to come back.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out the staff treated us like gold. The room was MUCH better than we expected. My only quibble is the resort fee. As my wife and I are seniors we would rarely use any of the amenities that come with a resort fee so instead of adding a resort fee when we get there, just tell us the total price. We still would pay it regardless, the room was well worth the cost so just tell us the total and stop with add on costs. We will definitely be back.

We had a marvelous stay! Marquelle checked us in and was super friendly and got us all the information we needed to had a great night. We booked run of the mill and ended up lucking out with a suite on winners circle. I definitely recommend staying here for Sedona!

We enjoyed our stay. The room very roomy and very comfrotable. It s like an apartment with all the kitchen supplies i needed. Amenities is superb. Great fitness center and studio classes. The creekside is just so peaceful and serene with the fall colors and calm water. Just beautiful. Very close to many places to eat and sceneries. Will definitely stay here again. We loved it.

This hotel is amazing! The room was comfortable with everything we needed for food prep and a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi was huge, the nearby creek is lovely, and there was so much to do on the property. Wonderful for families. The restaurant on site was great!

The stay was "as expected". I have stayed at the hotel annually for many years. It is a Spanish style hotel built many years ago and near the downtown area within walking distance. It is a beautiful property with vast gardens and nice, well mantained landscape. But, the resort hasn't been updated in years. While it has the ambiance of the "old world" and it relaxing, it is overpriced for the accommodations. They are under new ownership and they are planning to remodel the rooms in 2025. While you don't spend time in the room in Sedona, it is on the lower level of accommodations.

Jed at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and he went out of his way for us. We did appreciate that. The resort is very clean and well laid out, it had all the amenities we need. We will definitely be going back.

Great location lots if bars and restaurants, art galleries etc around. Pool area lovely shame the pool bar was closed as it was still busy. Suites large with a very well equipt kitchen area. Bed was clean comfortable and huge. Rooms not serviced unless requested. Overall a great little resort. Will be back.

We were shocked at the smell of stale cigarettes when we opened the door. It was through out the room. Hotel was fully booked so we opened windows and delt with it. For $300 for 1 night we shouldn't have to take allergy meds to sleep. Everything else was fine.

We had the best stay at this resort. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Our suite was awesome. It was one of the best suites we have ever had. Loved that there was restaurants onsite and you could walk to shop and eat at more restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is very dated Good news is Hilton purchased them and they will be completely remodeling it. Nice staff but very old furniture and carpet in rooms Good location for walking around and seeing things The pool and spa area are nice.. there is a bar too!

Los Abrigados was delightful. The structures were charming and fit right in with the Sedona setting. The location was very convenient with Tlaqupaqe right next door. Pool and hot tub as well as the spa and fitness services were wonderful. The only down sides were that the resort could use an update. That being said, I prefer the vintage feel to the timeshare sales attempt that I met at the concierge desk. The resort is in the process of becoming a Hilton club.

Overall a good property. The grounds were beautiful. The parking was easy. The staff was very helpful. The room was just ok, kinda plain. We did feel very safe and we weren’t in the room very much, so that was ok.
