Our carpet was wet and we couldn’t take off our shoes The ice machine was going off all night and I had to play music to shut out the noise. There were no towels in the pool and hot tub.

This hotel is mostly very nice…we did have thread bare carpet in one section of the room but otherwise a great room. The staff is awesome and the parking garage was comforting given that downtown Prince George has been given over to the ne’er-do-well street people really a shame!

Nice clean affordable quiet room. Make sure to give yourself extra time for parking, as parking is in a parkade across from the hotel on the fourth floor. Nice secure parking though, behind a locked gate you can open with your room key.

Staff was friendly, newly renovated. No breakfast as it’s under Reno’s. Starbucks in hotel.parking is around the corner 4th floor of parkade, a bit of a walk with luggage. If ask front desk to hold it while you park. We had two rooms, a King and two queens clean and comfortable except the queen rooms had a glass wall which allowed the whole bathroom to be seen by anyone in the bedroom area. (Never seen that and no privacy, so hope you’re comfortable with who you’re staying with. There were many addicts and homeless people outside the hotel as it’s downtown. Seemed harmless as we walked to dinner, only had one ask for change.

Mattress was low to the ground and firm, only gave us one room key and didn’t even tell us what floor we were on, gave us no information or lay out of the hotel (what amenities were available and on what floor), pool was very dark and not well lit and was very cold, in our hotel room the fridge was in a closed cupboard and the fridge itself was super warm to the touch and concerned me as a possible fire hazard, bathroom door couldn’t close properly because it kept getting stuck, when running the shower the door was not properly sealed and there was constantly running water coming out of the shower the floor of the shower also made lots of noise like there was something wrong with the way it was mounted

On a long road trip, our stay at the Ramada emerges as the most comfortable: enough horizontal spaces so we could leave all our stuff out, a great shower (once we figured out how to make the glass opaque), and a lovely place to hang out across the street (CrossRoads). In the City plaza, it was Art Days, so it was all very spirited, and Aubree's Breakfast was a short walk. We were nervous about the security of our car, but all went well.

Fancy modern room but very impractical. Little room for luggage, only 1 chair (we're 2 people), no place to hang towels in bathroom. Strange new system, toilet & shower is surrounded by transparent glass, that turns opaque when door closed tightly, but very impractical. When I went to toilet at night light shone brightly through glass waking up my wife. Big beds but very little space to move around, etc etc Also parking in a parkade behind hotel on 4th Floor, rather inconvenient.

The hotel room was a nicely designed space. Loved the large shower with rain shower and hand held spray. A nice touch was the see through glass from bath to bedroom, made opaque when the bath door was shut. Super nice bed, very supportive. Plenty of outlets and USB ports available. Starbucks in the lobby area was a perfect addition for travelers on the go. A great value too. Not expensive.
