I love the cleanliness and size of the room. Beds are comfortable and a good variety of pillows. Bathroom spotless. My grandson commented on how fancy the hotel is, and he is 7!!!!!❤️ We always enjoy our stay whether it's for shopping or playing.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful hotel, nice pool (horribly cold, but the kids loved it) the pool gets crowded quickly, given it’s such a large hotel.
They were doing work to the exterior of the hotel right where our room was - this wasn’t disclosed in our booking, and I would have upgraded our room had I known.

I requested a King suite with couch and balcony. It was beautiful but I didn't use it. I probably shouldn't have spent the extra money.
It was a little expensive on the company dime but I did it anyway.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable
I don't like that we had a hard time getting a parking spot in the evening.

The location was great ! The common areas were nice and kept clean . The pool and hot tub were nice ,They had pet rooms 😊
Well my first impression was your front desk attendant, he never even so much as look up at me ,when I came in and when I approached the desk I said I have a reservation . He said in response credit card and ID please , had me sign in and sign pet waver, and proceeded to give me my room keys , and the elevator was to my left . No hello a smile or nothing. On a good note the other front desk workers were kind and friendly. I hate when hotels say you have booked a double Queen room . When the beds are doubles ! They were also not very comfortable, there is very poor soundproofing from the room next door we could hear conversations word for word , the heater slash air conditioner, was also very loud .

Loved the use of the balcony
I thought for the prices we pay , the rooms or bathrooms should be updated.I expected the continental breakfast, I didnt realize it was gone.

casino & lounge area looked nice
Booked an Executive suite with balcony through booking.com but Treasure Cove would not give me a balcony suite just executive suite. The staff did not look at my reservation & said I did not pay which I did upfront , so they charged me again for the room plus the $200 hold. The front desk staff lady made my check in very difficult for me especially after a long day driving. They really upset me by not providing the room I reserved. She also put me in a suite by the highway & it was soo noisy-I had a horrible sleep. The staff were very disrespectful towards me because I am a different race First Nations. I feel I was treated very poorly.I cried & was sad & I didn’t even want to stay there at the hotel the 2 days I was there.

The room, once they moved us to one with functioning air conditioning was clean.
The staff at checkin were atrocious. I arrived early with my family and asked if an early checkin was possible, receiving a blunt no. I said no problem when can we check in and was told to come back at the time on my reservation. We were there for a wedding with our young child (they treated the bride poorly) and when we returned we were given keys for a room that looked as though it had been stripped of anything nice. There were no paintings on the wall and the air conditioning didn't work. The maintenance person came up and apologised (he was great) saying that the unit was supposed to have been replaced but there was an issue with accessing the room and the ac for that room was moved to another so there was nothing available. I went to the front desk to ask about switching to a room with functioning ac and was informed that they had no rooms matching what we'd booked offering to put us in a smaller suite, which I explained didn't work for us. After about a half hour we were told that we could move to the suite beside us which had new ac. When we moved over I noticed the room was cleaner, had paintings on the wall and climate control. Aside from those issues the bride for the wedding we were at was treated poorly by the staff who tried to kick her out of her bridal suite due to another wedding... The night before her wedding!
