Very Disappointed!!! After traveling 8 hours to Houston. I checked into the hotel. Not once did they mention that there was going to be A very large party with extra loud music that was going to there until after midnight!! The music was so loud that the rooms were shaking! There were so many people and cars that the actual guests had to park and walk a mile to get to our room! They would not refund my money and I had to leave to go and find another Hotel which was an hour away!! Very inconvenient and very disappointing!! You get a room to rest not to have to deal with loud music and people! People that did not have an actual room!! Total unacceptable!! I should have been informed at check in. Not when you are ready for bed!!! Customer service did say it was there bad we should have been told, but there was nothing they could do!!!!

This place is a joke calling itself a Holiday Inn Express. Got put in a second tower that had no lobby. Room was old and run down. Overall, not bad but the worst Holiday Inn Express. Will not stay again.

Staff was all very nice and friendly. The hotel needs some updates and the smell of weed was strong in some places. Clean and safe.

They kicked us out during the storm. We didn’t have lights nor air and they had no sympathy

Family with 3 kids stayed 5 nights for a family wedding. Breakfast was great, best cinnamon rolls I had in quite a long time. Hotel staff were awesome, especially Jade. Couldn't have asked for more. It was a fantastic experience.

I liked how secure the facility was with the locked gate for parking lot which was also well lit. The carpets weren't the most clean in my room otherwise the room was very clean.

So much to say and not enough space , pool was green and nasty. They only provided water for breakfast. Pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable and dirty. And their staff was horrible at the front desk. They are rude and not friendly. And charged our cards more times than we can count for transactions we did NOT approve! Then they didn’t want to give us confirmation letter for refund. Will never staff at a holiday inn again!

Not the best neighborhood but the property is surrounded by a gate and fence. Bed is very firm and hurt my back, but some may prefer that style of bed. Room was very clean

I love staying here when I’m in town visiting family

The staff were very nice and responsive to my needs. It was great that the hotel offers a free 24/7 shuttle, especially since my flight was canceled and I needed transportation to the hotel at 2:00 AM. I appreciated the delicious buffet breakfast, which included hot and cold offerings. My only complaint is that my room when I arrived hadn’t been cleaned and one of the light bulbs had burned out.

I generally love staying at any Holiday Inn but this time was different. I was reserved and ready to stay. However there jad been a tornado in the city. After driving many hrs upon arrival my reservation was canceled and I was not notified. I do understand that the weather was beyond their control but I could have been contacted. I called before leaving my city and was told everything was okay. I guess the lady I spoke to didn't know the difference of not being fully operable. The only had backup light in front area. It was really dark.Maybe next time

This time no power so we can’t check in

I understand that it's out of their controll when power goes out. But the problem is when they blatantly lie and say they called to inform me of the cancelation.
Thats bad business.

It’s was good for a month then somehow they didn’t add my IHG points to my account

The staff was always very helpful.

My party and I chose this hotel because of 24 hour airport shuttle available. Their shuttle was broken down so we had to find our own way to airport. It would have been nice if management had offered to help us find alternative transportation with no charge.

This is a good place as long as you go through Expedia because if you try to do reservations at there location they will try to steal your money by running your card multiple times for payment you have already paid I stayed here a month til today and that was my only problem

Nice atention of the personel

We stayed here for an overnight layover, and we’re very pleased with the size of the room and furnishings. The breakfast was great, with a large selection of hot food. The only trouble we had was the shuttle service, as we did not realize until after 30 minutes waiting that you had to call the hotel to have the shuttle come by the terminal. Even then, it took over an hour and 2 calls before we got picked up. There was a lot of traffic and construction around the airport, but this could have been better.

The room is clean but smell bad in hallway. It’s good to have the pick up service from airport. We check in but got the room which already have some one stay in. My partners was shocked. But the staff helped us to change room and make sure we were all set then leaving.

I came in very late the shuttle came to pick me up. The driver was friendly I didn’t get his name. Check in went fine. Leaving the next morning I assumed the shuttle would just be running. But it was in the shop for repairs. That was a bummer. I realized I needed to call for pick up because I arrived late but didn’t realize I needed to ask for the return during the day. And I wasn’t informed or asked if I needed it.
For a quick night it was fine.
