Bed was comfortable but the smell from the paper plant was not nice.

Torn faded office chair was the only chair in the room.Tub enclosure was cracked and patched. The lamp fixtures were loose and the light switch near the door did not turn on any of the lights. There was an odd odor that could have been from the nearby paper mill.
2.0
It was dirty. A fire at hotel a couple years ago was never repaired. Not a good place

It was adequafe

Beds were comfortable but the rest of the room was dated. Water pressure was low.
2.0
Dirty. In the middle of an industrial area. Smell from the nearby paper mill dominated things. The lone chair in the room was torn and worn through. Shabby. Only queen beds available.

I’m surprised that anyone would say in that room. The bathroom was gross
1.0
The front desk phone is disconnected and the side of the building was burned from a fire.

Price is very affordable. Free breakfast is a plus. Room is outdated but I don't mind. I didn't stay here to impress someone. Gasoline next to the hotel is also a big plus. Will stay at this place again.

Staff was courteous but was not in front desk and we waited for someone to answer for more than tens minutes. Bathtub has silicone repair and missing chunk or pieces, chair is decaying
3.0
Staff was helpful and the sheets were clean. The air conditioner worked but was noisy. The bathroom had peeling paint, a leaky faucet and a stained bathtub. Grout was cracked with mildew.

Looked to be kind of a truck stop hotel. Great price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was very outdated but clean.

We had trouble with our three key cards and nothing was done to fix the problem. Even though front desk was told at least twice. We just had to keep playing with the key cardsto get in our room or have whoever was in room let us in. .

The mini-mart gas station next door is labeled "Stinker"; this applies to the hotel. The room stank, the hallways were too hot, and the only chair in our room was a wheeled office chair with shredded vinyl--it was trash. Only redeeming value here was location--easy on and off the highway. Lewiston is not the prettiest place, tbh, at least the portion we saw. Mistake staying here!

The back of the property suffered a fire. Furniture looks like it's taken a beating

We have family in Lewiston and have stayed here quite a few times. The staff is nice but I wish they would have a breakfast instead of the bags.

The property was in an industrial neighborhood with many longhaul truckers lurking about. Was rather scary. The room keys would only work for one or two times, then needed to be redone. And the coffee pot didn't work very well. But the staff was wonderful.

The room had a chemical odor that caused us headaches and nausea; we asked to have our card refunded and left to find a place elsewhere

Extremely run down and dirty room with water damage in the ceiling and wall in the bathroom with mold growing. Driving up to the property, we noticed that an exterior wall had fire damage. When we were checking in, we asked about the fire and were told that it happened a couple of YEARS (!!!) ago but that they were having issues with insurance. We thought that was very strange but proceeded to check in. When we got to the room, the condition of the room was so run down, dirty, and musty that we were in shock. There was an office chair in the corner that had pleather so severly delaminated that it was hanging like strips from the seat cushion, and the arm wrests were completely worn down. The corner of the wall had major texture chunks missing and the metal was visible. There was a black hair on the bedding by the pillow. The bathroom was the worst. There was visible bubbling from water damage in the ceiling by the fan and down the wall, and the corner near the tub behind the toilet was blackish color like someone tried to paint over mold. There was a drain flat mesh laying randomly on the floor by the toilet and the floor did not look cleaned. This was the worst accommodation we've ever had. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund, which we were issued without issues. We have stayed in a Super 8 a couple of times before and expected a very basic room, but this room was disgusting and a health hazard.

We got there around 8 pm, and no one was at the front desk - we waited for literally 30 minutes to be checked in.
Room was clean, although the entire town of Lewiston smells like the funk thanks to giant paper mill nearby.
When checking out, the front desk attendant asked us was moody - when he asked us if we needed a receipt printed out, and my wife said yes please, he rolled his eyes and huffed, frustrated that he had to look on the computer for 5 seconds and hit print. So that was awkward.

It’s a glorified truck stop. Staff was friendly but my room was not clean at all. Ac kind of worked, but not great. Bathroom seemed like only the sink and toilet were wiped down, lots of dust. Most importantly of all is the mattress/bedding. While it seemed fresh, there were either bed bugs or fleas, because I woke up in the morning with what I thought were breakouts on my face and shoulders, and every hours got worse and worse; by the time I got home to Oregon they were full blown itchy, swollen bites. A few on my face where it touched the pillow (I sleep only on my left side) and a whole line of them on my right lower chest. So now I am scared I brought whatever it is home. Everything into the wash, including shoes. Double shower, etc. I have 25-30 bites all over and they’re so itchy and uncomfortable. The ones on my face are the side that touched the pillow. It’s so disappointing and gross, and now I’m not only tired from my trip, but itchy as all get out.
*edited to add* it’s almost 2 weeks later and I still have scars/hyperpigmentation where I was bitten. I’ve never in my life had such awful, swollen, irritated bites.

Our room keys continuously locked us out of our room. We would wait in excess of 30 minutes to get in to our room because the staff was busy with other things.

Internet service was a major disappointment. Couldn’t get logged in until middle of the night on the last night of my stay. The front desk had the same problem. One of the things needed, especially when traveling away from family, is a good, reliable service to better communicate your trip information. Very unfortunate.

I decided to book this place rather than Moscow, ID for the University of Idaho Homecoming in advance because hotel prices in Moscow were expectedly overpriced as usual. It was literally 1/4 the price versus similar hotels in Moscow. The hotel is pretty decent given the price range. The place isn't the newest but the property and my room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and pleasant and it's only a 35 minute drive to Moscow. The included breakfast came in a brown paper sack which contained an egg and sausage sandwich and a cinnamon pastry you can microwave, yogurt, and apple juice. Wasn't anything special but it worked for me. No nearby restaurants within walking distance so you had to drive south across the bridge to find decent restaurants. Lewiston easily had more selections of restaurants to choose from than Moscow. Overall my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory and is a great alternative to Moscow if youre coming for homecoming weekend. I'll be back here next year without a doubt.
