The hotel is in desperate need of updating. There was peeling paint on cabinet doors in the room, there was some type of smeared paint (?) on the inside of the room door, the couch in the room was stained, the food available for breakfast was not very good and seemed like it was off-brand items and the juice was definitely watered down.

We paid more then other hotels in the area to have a pool. When we arrived the pool was closed for cleaning. I feel like this should have told to us before hand or a discount should have been given.The hotel and room were clean which was nice. However the hotel bed was very hard and the pillows were flat.

The mgr Hassin was very friendly, staff nice and constantly cleaning. My room was clean and nice. Would definitely stay again if in the area. They can teach DT up the street some customer service skills. Glad I picked my stay here. Thanks

The bed is very noisy because of the frame that it’s on. It’s a metal with springs or something laying on top of the wood box frame & when you move you hear those springs popping & because of the wood frame it makes it so much louder & because of the way they have the beds the headboard is about 4 inches about the mattress so you pillow gets swallowed & it made it a little hard for me to get comfortable. The air conditioner only blew out of half of the vents, one side of it wasn’t working at all. We set The A/C down as low as we could (60) & it was still about 72 in the room. Sorry, but I like it cooler, especially when the temps are as high as they have been. When you go in the room they have it set on 70 already & would normally be pretty good for me but it was hot in the room so we turned it down & I also I two small (little) portable fans because we like the air blowing across us, the other fan I had brought to use at an event, I’m glad I brought both because they were both needed. The worker was rude when asking for coffee cups & their breakfast wasn’t that great. I will say that the room was clean & looked nice.

Beds were hard and a/c never cooled down. When i complaned it didn’t cool at being turned down to 66 i was informed that it wouldn't cool unless it was on 60. A note saying that would've been nice.

The elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs. By myself with all my luggage. The staff were not helpful. Also the water pressure was so low I could barely rinse my hair. I frequent Dayton a lot but I won’t be going back to this hotel.

The pictures online are not what the rooms look like. I felt deceived. The room was very filthy when we checked in. I struggled to even sleep there. The microwave was never cleaned. It was very nasty. The pillows smelled like sweat from other people. The reviews I read made it sound good but it was not. The walls had brown stuff like stains running down them and the smell of the room itself was gross. It’s very old and needs updated. No good TVs either, I won’t book here again. We stayed for the pool but it looked very dirty too. I suggest not booking here. I wish we had stayed elsewhere. The shampoo bottles had been used but since they were not empty they left them for the next customer. That’s gross! Seems like they are being cheap with everything. No vending machines either. They buy stuff and then sale it to you from their front counter. I would rather of had vending machines myself. I don’t care if it’s more pricey. I don’t always want to talk to a person to get something I need. But the worst thing was the dirty microwave and stinky pillows.

My family just checked out today. We were in town for our sons baseball tournament and we were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean, the pool was clean and a nice cool down from being on a hot baseball field all day and the breakfast was great. Great price as well. Thank you so much for the excellent accommodations. We will stay there again.

HORRIFIC. BUYER BEWARE. Where do I start? Expedia or Comfort Inn. Expedia has such inconvenient and practically unavailable customer support that even if you do have an issue, you can’t speak with a customer service rep. And if you do it’s entirely electronic. Their customer service department is unknowledgeable, ineffective and entirely devoid of understanding. Now on to Comfort Inn/Suites. In previous locations we have stayed with Comfort Inn without problem. That couldn’t be further from the truth with Expedia. It was clear from the commication with another guest that they lacked basic knowledge of any 3rd party reservation. Neither Expedia or Comfort Inn/Suites could communicate with one another when our room had been booked, paid for and confirmed weeks prior to our arrival. Instead My Partner and I were continuously told that our room was “pre-authorized” and never paid for, when each document we were provided stated the opposite. My partner has a neurological disorder that was further strenuated by our constant calls between Comfort Inn Support, Expedia Support and our banks. So much so that he had an episode that further complicated our stay and our experience. To top all of this off. When we were finally able to access our PAID room we then immediately had to switch rooms due to the cleanliness and utter disregard for sanitization. After all was said and done and my partner and I were finally able to leave the hotel, and we were met with attitude, disgust. -1000/10.
