Flower House 6

Very nice place, good layout. Suitable for longer periods as well (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer machine). One full bathroom (with walk-in shower) and a toilet. One double bed room and a kids room with 2 beds (one 90 x 200 and one 90 x 160 it seemed). Plus a very big couch bed. A small table on the balcony with 2 chairs, suitable for morning coffee or smokers.

In the main bathroom there is a bit of an unpleasant smell. On the balcony there were quite a few spiders and cobwebs.

Лошо! Добре, че беше само за една нощ!

Нехигиенично! Огромен проблем с паркирането! Нямаше кърпа за лице за всеки клиент, а само една обща в банята и тоалетната до мивките! В кухнята нямаше нито кухненска хартия, нито парцал ако клиент иска да забърше нещо разлято! По паркета в хола имаше разсипано кафе! Толетната в банята миришеше ужасно! Добре, че намерихме препарат да изсипем за да намалее миризмата! :(

One night in Sofia

Apartment is wide and clean. It was warm and we had everything we need. Check-in/out is contactless and we liked that. There was enough space to park in front of the building. The host is nice, polite and answer all our needs.

There were not enough kettles in the kitchen. The toilet paper is of low quality.

One night in Sofia.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. There was enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, including separate kids room. The TV is really huge and fits perfectly big living room. We easily find a place to park in front of the building. Will definitely visit it again.

Spacieux. Belle décoration. Deux WC. Présence de papier toilette, serviette, machine à laver. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue.

Mauvais code donné par les proprietaires pour récupérer les clefs, nous avons dû les appeler en arrivant. Sol de la douche glissant, attention. Lit enfant très petit. Odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain

Good instructions for getting into the apartment, found parking on the sidewalk directly across the street so I could see the car plainly from the bedroom window, nice complimentary 3in1 and tea. 😊 Actual doors on the shower!! Yaaay!! 🎉

Superb

Apartment is very spacious and comfy. The hostess gave us very clear directions how to locate and access apartment which is great, also she replies on msgs very quickly. . Apartament is on the outskirts of the city centre, but there is tram/bus station nearby, also you can go on foot to the center through huge park nearby - id recommend going on foot - its like having a forest in the middle of the city - amazing. Apartment has an air conditioner, big plus for these hot days.

Nice and Spacious apartment

The couch was very wet, I assume it was cleaned right before we arrived and didn't have time to dry. There could have been some basic things such as soap in the bathroom.. maybe shampoo. Overall good

Beautiful and quiet, but best of all our host. You will not be disappointed.

The place is an absolute 10. Like every other apartment I have stayed in Sofia, my one minor complaint is the lack of comprehensive kitchen utensils. My modest assumption is that most hosts think their guests will eat out. (Having worked in a number of restaurants, I like to cook for myself.) The apartment is incredible! I assure you, you will love it. But I want to talk about my host. After coming from a miserable, dirty apartment (for the same price), and a miserable host, we settled into this beautiful apartment to find that the wifi did not work. And like many of us, I depend on wifi for my livelihood. Juliana upon hearing this, sprang into action and communicated with us and the service provider until the problem was resolved. The apartment is a 10. Our host is an 11. You will not regret your stay here. I rarely write such glowing reviews even though they might be merited, because I won't be able to get back into her apartment again!

Again, the minor complaint I have about all apartments I have stayed in: add some more utensils to your kitchen. A blender, a toaster, an electric kettle, a broad cutting board, things like that.
