Nice area, with shops, restaurants and public transportation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is nice, there are tram and bus stations right next to the building. Unlike other rooms/hotels in the area, this one was really quiet.

There is no 24-hour reception, so depending on your time of arrival, it might not be suitable. Also the bed was kind of small (80 cm width). It was OK for me, but keep that in mind if you're a big person.

Ok Airport Location, short stay.

Good for one night stay before flying out of Sofia airport. Location is Ok but not near center, good for airport. Good wifi. Shared fridge.

Small room & bathroom didn’t have any shelves or hooks to place stuff or hang towels. Room floors were dusty & dirty, didn’t seem to have been cleaned recently. Room was dusty. No view. Bed was soft & not comfortable. No sitting area. You feel you’re in a cage. Don’t recommend if you have a lot of luggage. Free parking is street parking only. Check in by 8:00 pm only otherwise a surcharge.

Just person who was at the reception. Old guy, he is quite nice and helpful.. Nothing more.. Not for a family place.. If you're a traveller, if you wanna stay 1-3 nights, you may decide.. There is no problem about safety.. Very close to Police Station and Hospital.. A few steps.. Under a big market, at the very close area btw 5-10 mins walking way there are a lot restaurants.. Oppurtunities are OK.. (Price/Expectations 3/5)

Nice location, clean and comfy with very polite hosts.

Easy check-in and check-out, helpful and polite hosts, clean rooms, nice wardrobe, fluffy blankets and comfy beds. The outside kitchen area with storage and fridge is a nice touch for the small rooms since you don't have a buzzing fridge in the room where you sleep.

For me it was really hard to find a parking spot near the building in the afternoon and later in the evening. The overhead shower didn't work and the water did not drain completely. The toilet tank button got stuck and you need to press it several times so that the tank can start filling up again.

Location was perfect for me and the staff was polite. The studio is a good size and one has a fully equipped kitchen. Compared to nearby hotels, definitely a better alternative.

The light was cold and not bright enough, changing this would be a huge improvement. The AC was relatively loud and the bathroom needs renovation.

We liked the location and the price. Apartment was cute. The guy at the reception was the only English- speaker we met during our visit in Sofia.

The apartment doesn't get cleaned during your stay there, which means you don't have clean towels during your stay. The pipes that make bubbles in the bath, aren't maintained which means that all the dirt and dust came out all 3 times we tried to let it work abd the dirt wouldn't stop coming out.

Receptionist was very helpful, great and welcoming service

Cracked toilet water tank, door stopper on the shower cabin was broken, single use utensils, fluffs under bed and very dirty toaster.

For European standard not so bad but next time I think I will try different place.

Staff was very nice and apologized for not being in the office when we arrived. We had to wait to get the keys. Room small and not the cleanest but water was hot and had great pressure. Just didn’t like the shower open and water would go all over the whole bathroom. Conveniently located near tram and bus station.

The room could be cleaner and better room service like fresh towels we had to ask it’s not like a regular hotel it’s more like Airbnb. Also they should put some hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel.

We rent the apartment because of an event Asics Arena stadium. Location is good, 10 min walking to the stadium; nearby a very big and good supermarket; tram 20 can go to downtown. The young staff is helpful

Not very clean, dusty in curtain, heater, etc; oven oily and dirty, seems long time no clean. Not provide enough necessities, for example, no oven glove, washing dish sponge, broom, etc. (I don't think people will bring these stuff when traveling, but they are necessary for renting an apartment, especially when stay for days). Also no extra toilet paper, rubish bag, have to ask time by time
