city getaway

the location was very convenient for us- we found a free parking spot fast and didn't move the car again during our whole stay. instead, we used the taxis that waited just under the building. There is a very good bakery in the building and a market on the street. the apartment is spacious and well-designed. I loved the big refrigerator and well-equipped kitchen. check-in and check-out were easy, and Stefan was very nice.

this is a first-floor apartment in the middle of the city, so no wonder the apartment has light and noise from the street. some things need fixing (closets doors etc.)

Pleasant

The flat is huge and comfortably hosted 3 adults and 2 kids. There is easy access to the bus and tram to get to the city center.

Unfortunately this flat has seen better days. The bed linens are threadbare and it is in general need of a deep clean.

Superb

Clean and spacious appartment, kitchen with all equipment you need, excellent communication with the host, number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, also a local market next to the appartment.

The furniture and decoration was a bit outdated.

Great, spacious flat

Near the airport and Arena Armeec. Easy and accessible transport links. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and secure. Amazing communication with the owner. We arrived 11:30 pm he was very nice and helpful. Well impressed. Value for money. Plenty of shops and places to eat around.

Apartment location is good but not quite. Plenty of food shops around, park for kids and adults, free parkings, lot of restaurants and cofee shops and transportations. Host Stefan is very polite and responsive but to be serious your apartment need some care.

Pictures on booking are no more reflecting the real image. Furniture is outdated, doors not closing, shower broken and draining on floor, wc ventilation dont work in both bathrooms, washing machine dont work properly. Apartment need maintenance badly. Terrace and it's furniture was very dirty, we can't use it.

Spacious and tidy .

Very good locatio, large carpark and a large apartment. Everything was as expected. We went in winter and it was warm and cosy. Stefan was a fantastic Host.

Google maps taking me round in a circle 🙄 That's about it .

Very happy with my stay. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Location was perfect for me. Close to transportation and food.

The shower could be better - a shelf for toiletries would be useful and also better caulking along the base of the shower.

Highly recommended

Host was amazing, we arrived 2AM and he was waiting for us, went out to show the way and where to park, really friendly and caring. Apartment had everything we need, also for our 1 year old baby :) highly reccomended. We stayed just for 1 night, so we can travel further the next day.

Some furniture was outdated, but it did not influence anything

Incredible apartmenthelps you to enjoy Sophia

It’s really very big apartment ! With nice and big kitchen ! And very comfortable sofa in the living room! Modern refrigerator that can make ice! 2 WC is very cool :) The owner of the flat was very helpful and answered the questions by what’s up very quickly!

There were some problems to enter the building. The keys are not always working. The neighbor is quite strict, so you should be quite after 10 pm. The shower is a little bit flowing on the floor.
