The room was spacious, but when we walked in, there were a few dead bugs on the bathroom floor which means the room wasnt checked before giving it to us. The bathroom door creaked very loudly, so we were woken up multiple times during the night because of the sound. The carpet was filthy but there were no indoor slippers to use.

Nice motel for the price. Very nostalgic. Reminded me of motels from the 70’s/80’s Room we stayed in could have used a little tlc. Maybe a paint job and the bathroom/shower area could use some work. Rust and worn around the bottom of the shower. But overall a good stay. Would recommend for the price.

All staff were welcoming! The rooms were clean. The bathroom was clean but could use some updating due to paint lifting near the tub. We went for breakfast before leaving and noticed there could be more protein options available for patrons.

Our 2 night stay was great. The staff (front desk and cleaning staff) were friendly helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast fresh and offered many choices.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms and grounds was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast setting was confusing and not well attended. I would suggest to have a staff direct customers and monitor customers better. Although most customers were friendly and curious there were a few line cutters and people taking more food items then required to fill up bags for later in plain site leaving hardly anything for the folks in line behind them. Not the fault of the establishment but something to look out for.

The drive up Motel worked for us in Gananoque for a two night stay. The large bathroom had been recently renovated and had amble supplies and a great shower. This older style had large rooms and the grounds were well kept. The free Continental Breakfast was the usual but the dining room was large with lots of comfotable eating spots.

The rooms were big and very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The one issue I had was with the bed. Both mornings I woke up with a sore back and I never have trouble with my back. The price was excellent you were close to many restaurants stores etc. They advertise dining which is not available anymore it is closed but still showing on their ads. It's pet friendly. It was quiet even though it was full. I would recommend it maybe I just had a bad mattress. My mother who is 90 and has back trouble had no issue whatsoever. Myself it took quite a while before I was able to function normally. I also felt like I was falling out of bed all night. Again it might be just that mattress. I was in room 104 the bed nearest the door maybe they can check it if they read this

We were driving across Ontario and this was an easy, convenient place to stay. It was clean but the only reason I can't give it five stars is because there were two flys in our room. They seemed to love me and would not stay off of me and they were too fast for me to swat.

The hotel is short of staff and has low quality fixtures and items. The breakfast has very limited options. The room didn’t had iron and pool area had no towels

Breakfast was okay but could have been better. Hard boiled eggs were good but the kids would have preferred scrambled eggs and bacon and sausage too. The bagels were not great. We enjoyed the waffles, fruit and yogurt. The room was cute and in good condition We liked the high, slanted ceiling, which was kind of rustic and unusual. The beds were comfy. Overall, we liked the hotel and would come back again.
