The property is beautiful better then sandals the food is amazing the fast drink service is unbelievable they have free Starbucks coffee shop on resort ..but the best thing is room service and free mini bar fridge in your room amazing

Nice beach area with included water sports. Almost everything is truly included in the price, coffee shop etc. Resort was small enough to walk around instead of using a cart.
It is however unfortunate that some of the employees truly do not have a pleasant disposition or even attempt to engage the guests. This was not true for all, Dwayna in the dining room made an effort to honor a special request which was very thoughtful. Entertainment director Ann Marie was exceptional as she tried to assist the guests during the day and engage them during the nightly entertainment. Kudos to all the employees who really made an effort.

Dining options were great here !

I would have given a higher rating, but the place seemed a little outdated. The staff and the service definitely makes up for it! The beach is clean, serene and inviting. A special shout out to our favorite bartender, Clovis!! I enjoyed my time there immensely.

Friendly staff. Updates needed. Good amenities.

I love the smaller resort. The downside is the dining area was an open concept and there were a lot of birds trying to get food and landing every where. The beds were really hard. Needs some updates for sure. Also, we were near the water and the tree frogs were so loud they kept us awake every night.

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside to this resort was the food. I would have liked more authentic cuisine, more variety and better flavors.

Nice property overall. Staff was all very friendly and had nice facilities. There are plenty of bars around to get a drink and various eateries to have your meals or snacks throughout the day. Multiple pools for soaking in the sun and plenty of seating in the beach and pool areas. Beach there is nice, you can do some snorkeling or just enjoy a swim. Water is a bit more rough since it's on the Atlantic side of the island so not the glassy Caribbean waters.
I really enjoyed my time here overall. One critique is the food, it was consistently good, but never anything I would describe as really excellent. We decided to stay here after seeing reviews for one of the fancier resorts running out of food consistently. So overall, I think we made an excellent choice.

We enjoyed the property but most of all we were very impressed by the delicious food that was prepared by the amazing chef SOPHIE JEAN who has the best BARBECUE RIBS on top of the mountains the restaurant is Called “THE OUT HOUSE” She also cooks the breakfast for the resort! She should get more credit and recognition! Love her warmth and hospitality.

The property was good enough and as few have mentioned, needs renovation but overall myself and mom had a good time. I do suggest that the staff/cook take more pride in how they prepare food. I found because it was an all inclusive resort, they were looking for short cuts on how to prepare food and although that is okay, the food should still be made with care and not rushed. Some food had no taste and sloppy, while others were deliciously made. So i guess it depends on who prepped it and how much more pride and love they had that the other. Food is very important while on vacation, especially in an all inclusive resort. So please look into this after the close down of the resort.
Thanks again for having us and your staff were overall very helpful.

Staff was amazing, could use some paint update and a refresh of the property. But overall trip was awesome, people were very nice.

Loved the staff and food options. Loved the beach but one day it was too much seaweed. Overall, I really did enjoy my stay at this hotel. I couldn’t be any happier with the service. Thank you for everything.

The rooms are very old. The wicker chairs in the room had no cushions and very uncomfortable as well as the mattress. The shower head had to be replaced because the original one had no pressure. The main restaurant buffet always had so many birds eating off leftovers. Staff tried to do their best to get rid of scraps as quickly as they could.

Most of the staff were friendly. Dining options were great, but restaurants were a bit on the warm side. Beach was cleaned of seaweed early in the day and very beautiful. Best part was snorkeling with the sea turtles right off the beach.

Property is in a lovely setting. Nice beach and safe swimming area. Facilities were good but some parts were closed when we were there, and on a few nights dining options were limited. Generally friendly and helpful staff. Our room was lovely with a great view, but a lot of stairs to climb to get to it which we hadn't considered when booking.

It was outdated in rooms with peeling paint and flooring lifting with nails sticking out in room on floor. We where charged fees that was not disclosed to us by Expedia daily. Servicing of pool area wasn’t available a lot of cups and plates left around pool area.

Food was great, very tasty. The day pass to the verandah was well worth it!

We absolutely loved pineapple beach club resort. We came here for my birthday, just my husband and myself and we enjoyed it. It was very tranquil and the property staff were amazing very friendly very helpful. All of the restaurants that are included in the inclusive were delicious. I do not believe there was one We did not like, everything There was good even the snack bar. We would definitely come back to this location and highly suggest it!! Only suggestion is making sure you stock up on your own water for rooms because they do not stock those items in rooms.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but Pineapple Beach Club was my first all inclusive experience and it was AMAZING. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, my view from the oceanfront room was truly like something out of a postcard. The staff was warm and genuinely very friendly. The bartenders and were definitely my favorites (shoutout to Arden for the endless delicious drinks and making sure I stayed hydrated).
The food was mostly great! I admit the breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing but dinner never failed. And if you’re hungry in between meals or missed the cut off time for a meal, the snack bar was open late, fast, and definitely got the job done. I didn’t get to try all of the restaurants on the resort, but I ate at Topaz, which did not require a reservation, and Chef Pietro’s Italian Restaurant. Both had my mouth watering, I miss it already. There was a dinner night in which there was buffet style Caribbean bbq, which was wonderful. Vast selection, and you can have whatever and however much you’d like!
As for activities, the water sports were really fun and included in the resort. The paid excursions you could do were actually cheaper to book through the resort than it was to pre book online, this was great and surprised me since I thought it would be the other way around. Every day had a variety of optional activities you could do including water aerobics, trivia, games, & karaoke.
Overall I had an amazing experience and I would love to come back!

It was a nice, relaxing and laid back resort.

It was a great resort other than my room could use a lot of updating. Everything was old and all the wood on everything was cracked. Pillows were dingy smelling

We had an amazing time! The staff is so wonderful, especially Ann Marie who runs the entertainment and Ashley at the main bar! They really went above and beyond. The food was great, the views were incredible, and the vibe was laid back but fun! We will definitely come back again!

If you are looking to turn up this is NOT the place to be. Very very boring! It’s adults only but more like senior citizens home. The buffet was mediocre. However the Italian restaurant was really good. Most of the staff are friendly and the outside areas are very clean and well kept. The rooms could use updating for the cost of staying there. The floors and bathroom needs to be re-done.

Very old school, laid back Caribbean vibe. Property was quaint and compact, you can walk anywhere in 5 minutes. All restaurants were great ( except Orchid, which had a price adder that absolutely was not worth it.). Staff was great, very friendly. Property was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely go back and recommend it highly.

I have stayed here on 3 different occasions. Love the property, the experience and the friendliness of the staff! They are terrific! The food is absolutely wonderful! Rooms could do with a little updating/remodeling. But most of the time you’re out anyway. I would def recommend as well as stay again?

I had an awesome week at Pineapple Beach Club. The rooms could use a little updating but that didn’t take anything away from the entire experience. It’s a beach resort and it feels like a beach resort should. Gorgeous beach, beautiful pools, great staff, lots of activities and delicious food. I can’t wait to go back.
