I would image it would be a great place to stay if they were not closing for the season. The restaurant ran out of just about everything. The two dinner plates that we ordered were no longer available, after they went back in the kitchen, they ran out of white wine and gave my wife a quarter. No ice cream for the hot fudge Sunday. They charged us the whole amount and a 20% service fee. I did have a word with the manager.

It was a very good stay, with beautiful surroundings. The Lodge is in a prime location and we enjoyed how close it was to shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the complementary coffee that was offered in the lobby. The only issue was that we visited at the end of the season and it seemed that the hotel and and the area was short staffed.

Housekeeping left our room standing wide open for the entire first day. There are stairs to get to the elevator. And all the sounds echo terribly. Any activity around you, just like it’s in your room. “Balcony” rooms, are just exterior doors connected to a shared hallway really. Not private balconies as the description leads you to believe. The hotel is convenient, and it was clean, but for us that was the extent of the positives.

The bed and couch were very comfortable and the room was large. The cool air would not come on unless it was set to 67 or below. The "low" fan would not come on at all. We like to leave it on while we sleep for coolness and white noise. I mentioned it at the front desk, and they sent me a "box fan". The room had a Keurig Coffee maker which we were able to force to work the first morning for 1 cup of coffee. There was coffee in the lobby, so my husband made the long trek through the maze to get us coffee. On the third morning, there was no coffee and the grumpy desk clerk said "no coffee until 7 am!" We get up between 5:30 and 6:00 am so we were not happy. The shower spray was extremely hard and we could not adjust it. For the price we paid for this hotel, lacking some of the simple amenities was unacceptable. The Gamefish Restaurant was good, but being it was the end of the season, they were out of an item we wanted.

The rooms were spacious and the location in Teton Village was great. But due to season the restaurant closed early, by 7:30pm every night and this information was not posted anywhere - including their out of date Google listing. Also the front desk staff was unfriendly and NOT helpful.

We were a party of 2 visiting in the fall shoulder season. Check-in was smooth. We were able to check-in early. Hotel was nice, relaxed. Room was easy to get to. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We loved the location.
At first glance, the room appeared clean. However, the room could have used a thorough cleaning. There was years of dust under the dressers & between furniture & walls, under cable box, etc. There was a keycard from a previous guest on the dresser, which tells me that didn’t get wiped down.
Another negative is they automatically add a 20% service fee to the restaurant tab. Our waiter said they had to split that with the kitchen. The front desk said it all went to the kitchen. And don’t expect any late evening dining. The kitchen was closed by 8:00 or 8:30.

Nice resort with mountain lodging charm. We liked that it was right next to tram ride up the mountain. Book tram online and save some $. Hotel room was average but really nice bathroom. A little pricey for what you get but we enjoyed it.

Parking was a nightmare, walk to room from parking area was really long, overpriced for what you received. Tub was a joke, fireplace was irritating and unusable. Basically dirty with stained carpet.

Beautiful hotel. When we checked in they didn’t have a room with two queen beds as requested however they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. It was exceptional!!!!

Wonderful stay. A lot of construction noise/air conditioning noise made it difficult to rest after a long day of hiking. It is in a beautiful area and had comfortable beds and was very clean.

It smelled like dead animal. Bed was hard. Room was $500 per night nasty furniture. Manager and clerks were rude. Tried to tow my disabled purple heart veterans truck even though it had diabled tags from alabama. They hated us for being conservatives from the South. My daughter had to call the real Teton Sheriffs office to stop towing. I should get a full refund. We would have checked out first day but paid in advance. I had to beg for coffee and towels. Room was not ready. We waited 1.5 hours for room to be cleaned. It was not clean. Employees sprayed heavy perfume to cover up dead smell. Awful place. Falling apart. Will never go back.

Size of the bathroom

For $600 a night, I would have expected better. The window to the balcony was broken, making me very uncomfortable that someone could easily break-in at night. There was water/mold damage on the bathroom ceiling, and the shower water smelled weird and the pressure was weak. I have stayed at much nicer places for less than 1/2 the cost. I’m not impressed and will not stay again.

Probably my favorite quick hotel stay! Great staff, room was comfy and clean. Loved the pool and hot tub area, and the shower and robes were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was convenient, rooms were ok, pool was really cool, so the bar.

The front desk verified the breakfast area was inaccessible by wheelchair 😳 (they told me I could probably sit at the bar and they would serve me there, but nobody seemed eager to make that happen) 🙄
The property seems stuck in the 80s: a little dark and "heavy."
The room was clean 😊

Everything is great except the bathroom smells cigarette, feels like someone smoked there. The coffee in the lobby is pretty good.

Outstanding stay. Room was perfect, clean and quiet. Front desk staff extremely efficient and helpful. Wonderful stay.

Most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in. Yet they never replenished the in room coffee, bottled water, soap and shampoo. The coffee in the lobby was in short supply. The did not offer continental breakfast or a restaurant for breakfast. Parking was crowded and a long walk from the hotel elevators. The staff spoke broken English and were hard to understand

This used to be a very nice place to stay in Teton but is now just a sad reminder that when hotels decide to neglect maintenance and upkeep, it really affects the guest experience. The condition of the property is poor with the scraped up walls and dingy carpet being the most noticeable. Somebody also had the brilliant idea to cover up a bad smell with an overwhelming musk spray in the lobby and bar area. This drove us to another property for happy hour. Drakkar Noir is not a substitute for property maintenance!
I love the idea of this hotel and we always enjoy Teton, but until they part with a few dollars and do what needs to be done to this hotel, we will find another place to stay.

Great property and service.
I think their restaurant services can be improved.
They could also consider providing breakfast.

The lodge is amazing. My only negative is the sandalwood fragrance they pump into all the common areas. It is unnecessary and for most causes challenges with breathing and migraines. I couldn’t wait to go outside.

Very nice hotel, room was small but nice! Bathroom was updated and very nice. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. The only thing we didn't like was the very strong smell in the lobby. Initially we thought someone had very strong cologne on but then we noticed it day after day.

Staff friendly, resort clean and well kept. However over priced for what it is. This was our 4 resort stay over two weeks. Luckily our last stop, the first night I woke up in terrible back pain, to the point I thought something more serious was going on. After taking medication felt better while the meds last. After a 2nd night of sleeping on the extremely firm mattress, I again woke up after a few hours of sleeping in severe back pain to the point I’m going to see a chiropractor when I get back home. I don’t normally have back pain and 40 so I’m not sure what happed here. My spouse and children also thought the beds were not comfortable.

Nice property. I’ve been here three years in a row. Staff is great. Property is nicely decorated. However, food option is limited and closes early.
Pool/spa is nice but early hours. This time the outdoor jacuzzi was not working and the rubber threshold separating the outdoor/indoor pool was falling apart and was a safety hazard.
