They kept telling us the bar would open. It never did. Would of been nice if they just told us. So we could of brought our own drinks. If singing that you breath about on hotels. Com. (Bar) isn't working let people know so they can know up front

I would image it would be a great place to stay if they were not closing for the season. The restaurant ran out of just about everything. The two dinner plates that we ordered were no longer available, after they went back in the kitchen, they ran out of white wine and gave my wife a quarter. No ice cream for the hot fudge Sunday. They charged us the whole amount and a 20% service fee. I did have a word with the manager.

It was a very good stay, with beautiful surroundings. The Lodge is in a prime location and we enjoyed how close it was to shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the complementary coffee that was offered in the lobby. The only issue was that we visited at the end of the season and it seemed that the hotel and and the area was short staffed.

Housekeeping left our room standing wide open for the entire first day. There are stairs to get to the elevator. And all the sounds echo terribly. Any activity around you, just like it’s in your room. “Balcony” rooms, are just exterior doors connected to a shared hallway really. Not private balconies as the description leads you to believe. The hotel is convenient, and it was clean, but for us that was the extent of the positives.

The bed and couch were very comfortable and the room was large. The cool air would not come on unless it was set to 67 or below. The "low" fan would not come on at all. We like to leave it on while we sleep for coolness and white noise. I mentioned it at the front desk, and they sent me a "box fan". The room had a Keurig Coffee maker which we were able to force to work the first morning for 1 cup of coffee. There was coffee in the lobby, so my husband made the long trek through the maze to get us coffee. On the third morning, there was no coffee and the grumpy desk clerk said "no coffee until 7 am!" We get up between 5:30 and 6:00 am so we were not happy. The shower spray was extremely hard and we could not adjust it. For the price we paid for this hotel, lacking some of the simple amenities was unacceptable. The Gamefish Restaurant was good, but being it was the end of the season, they were out of an item we wanted.

The rooms were spacious and the location in Teton Village was great. But due to season the restaurant closed early, by 7:30pm every night and this information was not posted anywhere - including their out of date Google listing. Also the front desk staff was unfriendly and NOT helpful.

We were a party of 2 visiting in the fall shoulder season. Check-in was smooth. We were able to check-in early. Hotel was nice, relaxed. Room was easy to get to. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We loved the location.
At first glance, the room appeared clean. However, the room could have used a thorough cleaning. There was years of dust under the dressers & between furniture & walls, under cable box, etc. There was a keycard from a previous guest on the dresser, which tells me that didn’t get wiped down.
Another negative is they automatically add a 20% service fee to the restaurant tab. Our waiter said they had to split that with the kitchen. The front desk said it all went to the kitchen. And don’t expect any late evening dining. The kitchen was closed by 8:00 or 8:30.

Nice resort with mountain lodging charm. We liked that it was right next to tram ride up the mountain. Book tram online and save some $. Hotel room was average but really nice bathroom. A little pricey for what you get but we enjoyed it.

Parking was a nightmare, walk to room from parking area was really long, overpriced for what you received. Tub was a joke, fireplace was irritating and unusable. Basically dirty with stained carpet.

The resort was so quaint and beautiful. Their staff was very helpful and the property was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was just as advertised. The hour or so drive from Alpine to Jackson was fantastic in the daylight, easing the commute. We'd stay there again on a return visit to the area

Overpriced for what it is in the summer, but nice clean rooms. And a front staff member went out of her way for us in a tricky situation!

Tired and in need of renovations. The ice machine smelled like mold, vending machines didn't work, no towels in the fitness center (although the gym equipment itself was exceptionally high quality). The shower head was also great, but the rest of the bathroom was tired and worn out

The room we had was above the hotel laundry room. The noise and vibration from the laundry were shaking our room which made both of us headache. The room when we move in was full of dust.

We spent over &500 a night and had an elevator across the hall which made a continual noise every time it went up or down. Convenient parking cost another $18 a night for valet and the no valet lot was communal between several hotels and often a space was hard to find.

I was not given the room I paid for. I selected room with fireplace for 8/29 to 9/2. I verified with there reservations.that I had selected that room. The room was available the first 2 nights but they tried to say I selected a from for the other 2 nights and I didn’t. So I paid for a king suite with fireplace and got a king with balcony and they would not credit any money. Very disappointed. Beautiful place bad service

BEWARE ! The photos are outdated - there are NO views at this “Motel”. The photos are fake. I came expecting beautiful views of the mountains and there are absolutely NO VIEWS except those of buildings that have built around them. The staff was not helpful at all and said “too bad the photos weren’t updated - other hotels have built around us and there are NO views anywhere in the hotel”. I paid an arm and a leg for scenic views. This lodge executed a bait and switch on me. DO NOT stay here.

The hotel is good! The whole area around Jackson is just way too busy and overpriced. Don’t take the shampoo and conditioner bottles from the room. We were charged about 30.00 for what we thought were free to use items.

Beautiful hotel. When we checked in they didn’t have a room with two queen beds as requested however they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. It was exceptional!!!!
