This was a pleasant surprise. A few minutes outside Taos and beautiful. Service and our breakfast was excellent
4.7
Wonderful place to stay in Taos! The rooms are very clean, modern, and chic with a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff is very nice, pleasant, and accommodating. But the best part was the awesome breakfast from the executive chef. Thank you for the great stay.
4.7
My husband and I spent two nights and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is unique and the property is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The breakfast each day was amazing and Nick and Pam were most accommodating.
4.7
Excellent property with charming and clean accommodations, proxinity to town and the best breakfast in town.
4.7
It would have helped to have air conditioning in our room. They did in our friends room.
4.7
The property is quaint and impressive. Staff are thoughtful and welcoming.
4.7
Shabby chic style. Very nice breakfast but shared table can be annoying depending on who’s there…
4.7
Our room needed a lot of cleaning and the ceiling fan made a lot of noise. Our room also needed some repairs.
We wouldn’t make another reservation here.

The Palacio de Marquesa had a chef that prepared a hot gourmet delicious breakfast for us. His name was Nicholas and he was very friendly as well. There were fresh cookies available all day. Our room ( casita ) was very roomy, comfortable and stylish as was the entire Inn. There was also a fridge in our room which was convenient and appreciated. The inn keeper, Pam, gave us all her cell number and encouraged us to call for anything. It was a lovely stay. We hope to return one day in the near future.
4.7
Palacio is a historic property in a quiet area with updated rooms and excellent service from the manager, Nicholas, who also prepares gourmet breakfasts each morning. We always enjoy staying at Heritage properties and this is a gem.
4.7
Beautiful small hotel. Very quiet. Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Walking distance to Taos shops and restaurants. Loved it!
4.7
Cute in town option with lots of history. And we got to take our dog! We went to the sister hotel for brunch and that was amazing !
4.7
Each room is themed; we were in the Modernist, after various female icons. Plumbing may be old, but it works well.
4 poster bed was comfortable, but the prize is Nicolas' breakfasts which are tasty, south-western treats with fresh croissant and a cooked entree.
Place is externally a little run down - needs garden work - and we hope this stays as a well cared for boutique B & B
4.7
Beautiful Pueblo-style inn with gourmet breakfasts included. Manager Nicolas was helpful and knowledgeable with great recommendations for Taos activities.
4.7
The breakfast was superb. The bed's soft and comfortable. Quiet. Cozy, well, designed, just a wonderful stay.. A big shout out to the chef cooking the breakfast in the morning, couldn't be happier.
4.7
The rooms were attractive and comfortable

Simply the best. Do not miss this place!

Great hotel, great service, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed.

This is a total gem! The breakfasts are world class and the access to the spa, pool, and facilities at the sister property are a huge bonus! The property managers make you feel completely at home. It was also nice to mingle and chat with the other guests staying here. A remarkable place!! If our travels bring us back to Taos, we will definitely stay here!

I love this place. Clean, charming, and comfy. Nick the manager is the heart and soul of the place providing advice, excellent breakfasts, and homemade cookies.
A tad off the main drag and they should honor male artists like Gustav Baumann with a room name and breakfast dish name instead of just the ladies. Still, an excellent stay in Taos.
4.7
Property chef/manager was very professional. Rooms were good sized with adequate closets and bureaus.
4.7
Quiet winter evening. Tasty fresh-baked cookies.
4.7
Wonderful stay! Nicholas was very professional and helpful. We will stay again!

The Staff, especially Nicolas, was awesome. The breakfast were amazing. The room comfortable and cozy.
4.7
This place is absolutely wonderful! It has so much charm, is very inviting and Chef McQuiddy was so personable and knowledgeable of the areas dining options! The breakfast was so delicious, the bedding was very comfortable! It is listed as a 2 star hotel, but I would say it matches any 4 star place I have stayed! We liked it so much we are already returning the following weekend!
4.7
We loved the ambiance of the property. It is luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. We were treated to a delicious gourmet breakfast made by Nicholas with local food items. We look forward to our next visit to Taos and Palacio De Marquesa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great place in Taos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best hotel breakfast we have had!

Pam is a gem…We arrived late and she welcomed us so warm. We felt at home. Our room is warm and well decorated…Definitely, this is in my bucket list for long stay next time. This place is 100. Pam is so kind. She searched for us great restaurants upon our arrival. She gave us a great choices. It’s Christmas and most places are booked or closed. Thanks to Pam we had a great dinner. This is a great place to be in Taos. Luxury boutique hotel in heart of history… We are enjoying even it’s few hrs. Our room is super warm and our bed is super comfortable…

Lovely, private, small hotel off the beaten path in Taos - a half mile walk to town. The decor and intimacy were everything a Taos getaway should be - if you like that kind of thing. Of course, the highlight was Nicolas' breakfast - custom-prepared for the few tenants in shoulder season. The green Chile omelet, the hash browns and perfectly cooked crispy bacon were only outmatched by the best bread pudding ever. His trick? Using day old croissants in a perfect meld of flavors, including chocolate - and topping with a delicious sauce. Another plus for Palacio is its sister hotel where you can use their pool and spa services. We didn't, but were glad for the option.

Staff was amazing. The grounds could use a little more work/cleanup—Overall great.
4.7
Exactly what we hoped for. Boutique property with excellent service. Special mention for Nick who went the extra mile(s) to make our stay special. His breakfasts are things of beauty.
4.7
Very cozy and comfortable! Wonderful breakfast! Awesome staff!

The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful small 1920's hotel lovingly restored...nice but small public spaces and very hip cool rooms. Innkeepers Pam and Jim have been in the hospitality their entire careers and they were wonderful hosts. Breakfast is included and it was absolutely delicious. BEST place to stay in Taos! Luxury meets history...
4.7
It is clean an comfortable
The hosts are very enthusiastic
4.7
This is more like a B&B than a hotel. The hosts were very helpful and enjoyable to talk with. The breakfasts were absolutely INSANE-- we felt guilty about having normal human stomachs after they'd prepared so many delicious items. The room was large, echoed the region, was very quiet and comfortable. We noticed the bed was incredibly comfortable-- I was moving around a lot for medical reasons, and my wife had no idea.
4.7
The property was unique -adobe style and built in the 1920’s. The rooms are spacious, updated and clean. The hosts are attentive and helpful. The home made breakfasts are exceptional
