Never stayed in a room with three queen beds as an option before. Loved that. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. We wished for a waffle or a pancake in the morning and for a nice walk nearby but it was easy to find and good for what we needed.

Stayed for three nights to visit Yoho and Banff National Parks, furthest which is an hour drive away. The hotel is older, as the walls and floors are thin to the point that you can hear your upstairs neighbors and people walking along the hallway, but the rooms themselves have been tastefully redecorated and refreshed to their best of their abilities, with tile flooring at the entryway and newer beds. Breakfast is very average with daily scrambled eggs, pork sausage, potatoes, and an assortment of fruits, yougart, and muffins. It does the job to fill you up but nothing to write home about. A Tim Horton, McDonald's, A&W, KFC a Korean restaurant, and a burger joint are all nearby. All in all, it's a cost effective option than paying the prices to stay in Banff.

Great stay accept the folks above us were noisy playing something. Also the golf academy boys and equipment were blocking access to hotel front door and lobby. They were not showing respect that I would expect taught by a golf academy. To check out I had to ask permission to play through.

Friendly staff but property is on older side. The breakfast at this Ramada is not good compared to the Ramada in Revelstoke. Was disappointed as we were hoping for bacon and eggs and pancakes.

Overall this place is decent as it's in the middle of nowhere. There is a pool and hot tub that are decent, however it was full after 5pm so we chose to not use it. There are no decent restaurants close by but a few options a few kms away.

Goid location, and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms decent size. But a lot of wear and tear on rooms, corridors and pool - needs some work done. Breakfast fine, but in far too small a room for size of hotel so very crowded and slow - go early!

The hotel was mediocre. The lady who checked us in was nice and friendly but other staff were not. The power went out over and over on the evening we arrived. I’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time if we stop in Golden.

We stay for 1 night and paid $380 for that. In night time power outage in that area for 5 to 6 hours and they don't have any generator facility in hotel. My family didn't sleep well whole night. In the morning we went for breakfast and they don't have hot breakfast. I don't know why expedia sites not take any action on this type of problems.

They charged me $20 for the 2 people, they siad its for breakfast, but there was no breakfast! When I booked it at Expedia.com, I wanted to change it to 4 people, I was told not needed, I booked the 2 bedroom suite! At the check in, they charge $20 extra because the reservation is for 2 people, why do I need a 2 bedroom suite if I only have 2 people?

We specifically booked this hotel for the included hot breakfast to feed our family of 5 (given that the cost was very high to begin with) and came to find out that they were not serving hot breakfast because of a night-time power outage or something... an explanation wasn't offered nor was a discount.

If you’re looking for an average hotel, then this is it. Room was noisy. You could hear people stomping around upstairs during the night and running up and down the hall. Everything was clean except the breakfast area was not being kept up. Nobody came into clean tables between guests or wipe down counters where people would makes toast, etc. It was getting pretty dirty when we were there. Also, the breakfast wasn’t the best. It had eggs and toast and your basic cold things like yogurt, but no hashbrowns or bacon/sausages. Check in staff weren’t the friendliest. It was great for walking distances to get meals and conveniences like drinks or snacks though, which I liked. Overall the stay wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t horrible either.

We've stayed here multiple times and the first time we stayed it was ok, the front desk agent was pleasant and our room was fine, this second to last time (on our way to Kelowna) we had to change rooms because the firat room we were offered there was a bug on the bed (not a bedbug, just a beetle of some kind) and even the second room was dirty (the bathroom especially was kind of gross). The last room we got (on our way back from Kelowna) was ok. The tub wasn't very clean but at least the rest of the room was alright.
