Overall great. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work and wifi wouldn't connect on the second floor

We had a very comfortable stay here! The staff was friendly, the building was nice and the room was very clean and well-maintained. There was free breakfast as well and while it wasn't anything stand out, it was still enjoyable for a hotel breakfast. Would come back again if we're ever in the area!

Room was clean and comfortable. Analog tv was very limited in channels and quality. Half of 8-10 channels were too fuzzy to see. Wi-Fi only available in lounge, not room also disappointing particularly for room costing over $300 a night after taxes.

The check in server was down and not functioning. And they did not have a back up plan process people to check in. Which part of our trip and appointment also, the television was terrible and the remote was not functioning.

The check in process was quick and easy. The clerk was pleasant and explained breakast details. The room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Older hotel which could use an update, but was worth what we paid for it. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean. Breakfast could have used a few more options that weren’t high in carbs.

Nice place. Their breakfast was included (not surcharge as listed). Minor thoughts: pool should open earlier than 0900 for early risers, and the fitness room should have a few free weights where the TV remote had no batteries.

Just a okay stay. The lighting in the room was a little dark and the AC unit struggled to keep the room cool at 69 despite the small size. The breakfast buffet didn’t have a lot of choices and the person checking the food didn’t refill the hot food in a timely manner. We wanted a room that was closer to the hiking trail and that is what we got, with no added frills.

The room was nice and clean. The carpet was old and needed replaced, but that is just normal wear and tear. The bathroom was awesome and very spacious. Pool room was nice after a day out on the town. The breakfast was delicious.

Our overall experience was good. The bed is super comfy and the pillows omg lol. Either that or we were just tired. What we disliked was the shower, the water comes out of the tub and makes a mess in the bathroom. The AC we can only turn down to 66 which wasn’t bad but wish it could have been more cooler. Overall good experience and breakfast was good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The third floor was very hot and the area inside the pool was as well. I feel info like that should be made available so we could choose responsibly for my health with asthma and lung issue. The night attendant mumbles on phone when I called.

Your check-in clerk was excellent. He helped us with so many things from dining to shopping. He had a great personality and was a huge help for finding our way around the area

The staff was very kind and did their best to be as accommodating as possible with their broken elevator issue the majority of our stay. One desk clerk Monday night even carried my pizza up to my room so I could use both hand rails on the stairs to avoid further injury to my knee with the already torn meniscus and leaking baker’s cyst. Having to carry all our things down the stairs to check out was a chore and caused pain that wouldn’t have been invited if the elevator was working and a bell cart could’ve been used.

The front desk attendants were outstanding. The room was slightly dirty, there was brown on the wall a little and the bedsheets smelled very strong. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We were pleased with the cleanliness, space and comfort in our room -- the nice combination of firmness & plush in the mattress gave us restful night. The only fault in the room: the table lamp plug on the right side of the bed did not work. I had my laptop plugged in there all night, and in the morning it showed that the charge on the device was ready to clock off! I plugged the laptop into the wall plug, and that worked fine. Breakfast was filling and good. We would return to this Sleep Inn and recommend it to others.
