Went to the hotel at 3:00 and my room was not ready but Barbie and Anna did everything they can for me and and my family.

I called in an hour early but was told I can’t but to wait to 3. 3 o’clock came and was still not ready.Finally Barbie and Anna made it happen for us.

Good location

They left cleaning equipment out in the hallway, left a maintenance fan running 24 hours near our room. The outside cushions and furniture were very worn and needed replacement now.

Nasty! Will not stay again!!

It was dirty. Floors furniture room smelled like dog. My official room was not ready so bad for the price. Others have been stellar!! Will not stay again and will tell people not to stay here!!! Overall appearance nasty/dirty!!!

See above. My son was seen at UVA. it was supposed to be handicap accessible!! It was not we had to move him a distance to get to room on 4th floor!!! Then the room was dirty u could see dirt and stains on furniture!! It smelled like dog!!!

Great family stay

The staff was awesome! Jamar at the front desk was super helpful and so nice. The room was clean. The layout was perfect for our family of 5.

The only thing was the pull out bed had springs broken and was uncomfortable.

Loved the staff! All go out of their way to make you comfortable. Tim and Virginia in food service were exceptional. My brother has cancer and is staying there. They both were so sweet to make sure our needs were met , kindness and compassion helping others. The staff at this hotel are engaged and very helpful with the needs of the clients. The amenities are great. Outside fireplace is terrific, the seating area in the back is large and spacious with lots of seating! A great area to sit and enjoy peaceful. Hotel has a large heated pool and spa.

The rooms could use freshening, new carpet or flooring would improve the overall appearance. It would be nice to make a bigger area with a garden out front so folks could enjoy the outdoors in the sun in the late afternoon. They do have an area with seating it just is very small and can only accommodate four to five persons

work related. hilton always have nice hotels but animals a bit much

always loved hilton brand

the animals are leaving a unpleasant smell. it was not noticed as much on my past stays even tho i am allergic i am not highly allergic to dogs but cats i am so i went home early due to the fact my throat started itching bad.

The staff was great. They have a lot of compassion for those that are going through stuff, such as my husband being in the hospital. Doris, Amber, Barbie, Al.....? and the young lady at the reception desk (I am sorry I can't remember her name) were all so kind with their words and actions. It was greatly appreciated.

we loved the breakfast- the staff was awesome- we witnessed another visitor spill his coffee on the carpet and one of the workers cleaned it up with a smile- we wanted to say that we see you and we appreciate your hard work and thank you we’ll be back

We used to stay in Residence Inns, but we will be staying in Homewood Suites in the future! 👍

Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the fire pit…had wine and cheese with our family out there on the first night!

We couldn’t all be on the same floor but it worked out fine…not a problem.
