I love the room and the hotel, but if I had known that dogs were allowed I wouldn't have stayed. I'm allergic and they were everywhere and plus they were barking on my hLl.

Outrageously overpriced! Paid in advance for a room with 2 queens. Didn’t have it when I checked in. Ended up with a king and a sofa. Had to go back down for sheets pillows for the sofa because the front desk person didn’t have any one to bring it up. Also the breakfast wasn’t good. How hard is it to mix up the gravy mix. Not very tasty when you bite in to lumps of powder. Seriously yucky. Biscuits cold. Worst breakfast ever had at Holiday Inn. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

We got into room to oil or cream on bedside table , broken toilet seat , fridge leaked water onto the floor . Finally young poeple running around making noise and smoking canabus and you could sell it when the door opened .

We were pleased that we were able to come in a day early due to hurricane Helene cutting our previous stay short. Our check in was great and she was so personable ( can’t remember her name) . Unfortunately there apparently was a large group that took several rooms for an event, they were loud troublesome and managed to smoke throughout the hotel including in their room next to us . Would stay again under better conditions.

I have always relied on Holiday Inn Express being a good place to stay. This was not the case this time. The entire carpet was wet when we entered the room. My spouse slid on the tiled area outside of the bathroom because it was also wet. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that someone stuck a towel into. The pantry by reception was not well stocked. The staff other than housekeeping were rude. When we went for breakfast, all the food containers were empty or nearly empty. There was not coffee (container was empty) or cinnamon rolls. I let my spouse have the one bagel, the few eggs, and the bacon that was left. This was a horrible experience and one that I did not expect form IHG.

The hallways was very noisey. Ppl talking loud in hallways luke they whete having a party. The hallways smelt musty and sour. There was this big spider in my room.( HUGE). AND THE HOUSE KEEPER KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AT 7:45 AND PROCEEDED TO OPEN THE DOOR. MY CHECK OUT TIME WAS AT 11:00AM. Could have slept till at least 10AM. THAT PUT ME AT EASE. SO I HAD TO GET UP.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet, quick check- in, great lady on the desk! convenient, great breakfast! The only minor thing, they could use a better toilet tissue, very thin 2 ply(almost a single ply) But excellent otherwise. Would highly recommend them. Thank you all.

Our overall stay was excellent Tiffany was very helpful dueing check in andmadebaure we had what we needed with a follow up call after settling in room. However the cook that prepared Breakfast was rude ad appeared to be angry with her lips pkeed out and she did not speak to greet us or other people entering were food was placed thatcwas an awful experience I did not want any of the food she prepared with her nasty disposition.

The staff here was absolutely AMAZING. They were so very helpful to me during my stay. I was from out of state and had wrecked my motorcycle. I was a little beat up and sad. They were were above and beyond helpful in every sense of the word to make me comfortable, happy and at ease. Thank you to the southwind memphis empoyees!

This was a VERY NICE property. Room was spacious and very clean. Complimentary breakfast selections were EXCELLENT; and the coffee was especially good. We would like to give a special THANK YOU to front desk rep "Latambra" for her EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We plan to stay at this property again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Have stayed here multiple times now for work and enjoyed my stay here again-rooms are very comfortable and clean, wonderful air conditioning (it was in high 90s outside!), the breakfast is excellent with lots of choices, have soft close feature on doors so no slamming, very quiet usually as well. Only tiny complaint is the Kleenex in box in bathroom is very artfully arranged in shape of a flower-but to me that means someone’s fingers have been all over the tissues arranging them. Don’t think that’s hygienic and so avoid using.

Great stay, staff was courteous and friendly. They provided a good hot breakfast with a good variety of items. Area was quiet and i felt secure due to security patrolling by the security staff and local sheriff's department. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay there again.

Cold, clean rooms. Well-maintained facilities. Courteous staff. Good breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuit, cinnamon rolls, cereal, juice). Area seemed safe. One side of the hotel faces a busy highway so if you need quiet, you might want to request a room on the other side. Worth the money spent. Would recommend.

The staff was nice. The cigarette dispenser outside was overflowing and the ground was covered with cigarettes. Oddly enough, employees were smoking outside and refused to empty the dispenser. The faucet handle in my room came off. Does anyone clean or fix this stuff when cleaning in and around the hotel?

Second time staying this hotel for business in memphis. Excellent location-easy to get around, lots of restaurants, fast food grocery nearby. Hotel very clean, large room, quiet even though very full. The breakfast in morning is wonderful-hot breakfast esp loved the little egg omelets available some days.

The stay was fine. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Based on the reviews, we did book this because it offered breakfast. When we went down for breakfast, they were all out of food! Including bread or bagels. There was no hot food available at all. Yes, they were busy, but the staff was not filling up there breakfast offerings.
